Stayed Jan 28, 2026Host helpful as a management company, online only. Amenties requested arrived quickly.Grounds maintenance pretty good, twice/week, not excellent.Owner should a bbq/grill for shared use, would very helpful as the common area is a great meeting place

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit can use more chairs. We couldn’t sit on the patio or in our unit. There were no beach towels and if you turned off the A/C (per property rules), you return to a unit that smelled awful. However the unit did meet our needs, however basic it was despite the awful smell.
