Stayed Oct 6, 2025Firstly, a big 'Thank you' to Deborah and John, the hosts, for a warm, friendly welcome and helpful advice. The Annexe is delightful: cosy, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and in a lovely location. The Byes Park is so near and ideal for walking with my dog. We enjoyed visiting the Donkey Sanctuary, Bicton Gardens and the interesting town of Sidmouth itself. Well deserves a second visit.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025A very comfortable and well equipped property. Its location so near The Byes was ideal for walking the dog and yet the town was within a 10 minute walk. The parking space very helpful! Our hosts were very welcoming and they were very tolerant of our embarrassingly noisy terrier.
