Stayed Oct 17, 2024This was a very cozy, clean, safe and spacious studio in a quiet community. Close highway access for touring in either direction. The weather was mild during our stay so use of the hottub was nice.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025Property was nice but small, about hotel room size, perhaps a little bigger. Too small for me for a month long stay. Kitchenette small but efficient. There were interior adjoining doors to the 1 bedroom unit next door. Soundproofing was basically non existent. Fortunately few people stayed next door but when they did you could hear everything.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024The place was neat and clean with most everything we needed to use this as our central hub for explore Southern AZ. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pool and got tub were especially nice! Communication with host/manager was excellent.
