The Space
The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator and private outdoor parking.
Equipped with all modern amenities, it features a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed fitted with a memory foam topper, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and is well-ventilated by a large window; a bathroom with a shower stall and a window.

In the large living room—which also serves as a bedroom with a sofa bed—there is a dining table, a smart TV, a desk for remote work, and a stereo system for listening to music.
For the summer, there is a large ceiling fan and a floor fan.
The bedroom-living room opens through a triple set of doors - window onto a 30-square-meter terrace that, from spring through late fall, can be used for al fresco lunches and dinners, featuring convenient retractable awnings and serving as a sun deck.
A washing machine is available inside an outdoor storage room.
Guest access
The 30-square-meter terrace, surrounded by greenery, offers the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner outdoors, with the use of awnings and a beach lounger, which ensure the space is private and reserved for guests’ relaxation and privacy.
At the rear of the building, there is street access to a park for walking and jogging in the open air. The park trail connects to a large home goods store, the local market open daily, and is also just a few minutes away from small shops offering produce, a butcher shop, a pizzeria, a grocery store, pharmacy, laundry, and hair salon
A trattoria and wood-fired pizzeria serving traditional dishes and Roman specialties is located 200 meters from the residence.
For all other services and shops of every kind, you can reach Acilia by taking the small train from the station—it’s a three-minute ride with just one stop.
Other things to keep in mind
Preference will be given to reservations made 30–31 days in advance with a contract for tourism purposes, valid for a maximum of three months.
The cost includes only the accommodation reservation; utility costs (electricity and gas) listed in the contract will be billed separately: a minimum flat rate for the summer months and a rate calculated based on actual electricity and gas consumption for the fall and winter months.
The flat rate and contract details will be communicated via messages on the platform prior to the guest’s approval, based on the duration of the requested period
