Kitchenette has Fridge with freezer, Microwave. A De Longhi Nespresso coffee pod machine. Electric kettle and Toaster.
All types of Dining/Kitchen ware, various accessories such as platters, cook-ware and utensils. Wine and champagne glasses.

Own private courtyard has a Mediterranean kitchenette also with Electric Frying pan, accessories and utensils.. BBQ is gas, complete with comfortable table and chairs.

From out front of the Villa...Prevelly Beach, good for swimming.
Take a short walk along the ocean path to the White Elephant Cafe at Gnarabup beach. Or Sea Garden Cafe is about 200 meters from the opposite the entrance to our Street (this is a short street with a cul-de-sac, so limited traffic).

The Neighbourhood...An Overview

In front of the Villa it is also very good for... swimming, snorkeling and walking along the Cape to Cape Trail. The iconic world renown Surfers Point and the three main surfing breaks are also in front of the Villa just a short stroll away.

The still mornings are perfect for all land or water activities and the late afternoons bring in soft cool breezes to cool you in the summer months.

Sea Garden Cafe... open early until late and Prevelly shop and liqueur store are situated very close to the Villa... about 200 meters walk from the Villa.

Other things to Note

Guests access the property via off street parking (for one car) and own entrance. Key safe with code allows guests access any time so as no need to contact us for access on arrival. Guests have their own space and privacy. No amenities or areas are shared within their apartment.

We respect the privacy of our guests and we will only make contact if we are needed. We are available for all your needs or any info we can offer you. We are available for contact anytime on our mobile: 0400 046 564 and we will respond asap.

A car is need to explore the region. Sorry, there is no public transport. Taxis are available.

N. B. Only sleeps two (2) persons in one queen-size bed. School holidays/Christmas/long Weekends/Special events have a higher tariff.

Minimum nights apply: Christmas/New Year 7 nights; Easter 4 nights; Long Weekends/special Events 3 nights.Tariff is the aforementioned times of the year. It is a peak tariff. We do not accept check ins or check outs...24, 25, 26, 31 December or 1 and 2 January.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We accept and welcome one Small less than 10 kilos, well behaved dog on request. Please contact us to confirm. There is a fee per stay for your dog.
We need to know the breed, age and size of your dog So as we can let you know if you and your dog will be comfortable in this accommodation.
N.B. If any guest(s) arrive with a dog without prior acknowledgement or confirmation that their dog can stay…the booking will become invalid with no refund.

With respect for our neighbourhood. Please respect the quiet time between 10.00pm and 8.00 am. Excessive noise is prohibited.

Please can you report any faults, damage, breakages or problem to us as soon as possible. We will come to your assistance asap, thank you.

The accommodation includes supply of all linen and towels, unless otherwise stated.

Smoking is Okay outside, not allowed inside. Please enjoy in your enclosed courtyard and balcony that over looks lovely open space to the Ocean. Thank you.
