Surrounded by local restaurants, cafés, music venues, Nightclubs (Due to this you may experience some nightime noise), and shops, you’ll be right in the heart of one of Nashville’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods.


Thoughtfully designed with a cozy, welcoming vibe, this home offers a peaceful retreat after a day exploring Music City. While there is no separate living room, the open-concept kitchen and dining area provides the perfect space to gather, share meals, and relax together.

️ Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: king bed + twin ottoman that converts, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower

Bedroom 2: Full-size bunk bed + queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower

Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, TV, desk & chair, ensuite bathroom with shower

Each bedroom features plush bedding, stylish decor, and plenty of storage, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay for everyone.

Living room- The back of the couch lays down flat and there is an ottoman that converters to a twin size bed.

Location & Accessibility:
Step outside to explore Centennial Park, stroll by the full-scale Parthenon replica, or grab coffee at a nearby café.
Just a short drive away, you’ll find Broadway’s honky-tonks, Midtown nightlife, The Gulch, and historic Music Row.

Entrance: Located at the back of the building. If dropped off in front, walk through the parking lot to access the rear entry. The unit is on the second floor—please note there is one flight of stairs to reach it.

Shared parking lot behind the building (first-come, first-served)

Starter Amenities Provided:
We offer a basic set of starter supplies for your stay: ✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
✔ 2 rolls of paper towels
✔ 1 cleaning sponge
✔ A few K-cups or a small bag of ground coffee

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors : To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care : Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.
