The property was well kept and the manager was great. Will stay again.

“Gowdy” is a great operator of properties in the area and this unit specifically is really fun for a couple or family with a couple of kids. Nice kitchenette. Nice property amenities with hot tub and fire pit, although we used neither as we only stayed one night. Ate Dinner at Crave, fabulous meal. “High End” and expensive but worth it for the service and quality. Loved Lake City and this property. We’ll be back!

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a week long stay. The communication from Jim the property manager was excellent. He and his wife Dana were friendly and helpful. Could not have been more pleased.

Such a great property in a quaint town.

The host was great, the location was great, and the place was great. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were perfect for what we needed. There was a lot of pet hair and the shower is really small are the only two complaints. The host had the place ready for us and allowed us to come in early since there wasn't someone there the previous night. I would definitely stay there again.

Place was perfect for 7 night stay! Close to restaurants, parks, the Alpine loop, Stoney Pass, other outdoor activities and 4WD trails. Hot tub was nice after a day of activities. The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the space worked well to accommodate our. Would visit again!

The place was great. The host went above and beyond even to the point he met me as I got out of my vehicle and gave me the run down of the rental. I really appreciated the almost family like warmth I got from Jim and can’t say enough about the friendly people I met in the town on my short stay. I look forward to utilizing Jim’s other properties as I bring people to enjoy the hidden gem that is Lake City.

I would highly recommend staying at this mini apartment. It was located in a very quiet area of Lake City. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. Unfortunately, a blizzard was predicted for the area and we chose to leave after one night. We were very disappointed that we didn't get to stay for both of our nights. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

It had everything we needed and was walking distance to town. The barbecue is the best around too.

Very nice, very clean. Cozy little cottage with a nice hot tub. Bed was very comfortable which was a plus. The view from right outside the doorwas absolutely breathtaking. Id stay here again. was v

Studio One is a lovely property in a great location—it is walkable to downtown amenities and has a good hiking opportunity.

Loved our stay!

The house is cute and cozy, perfect for a couple. Jim is an excellent host and a fantastic communicator. We loved soaking in the hot tub after hiking. We will stay here again next summer.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ouray Inn. I loved reading the stories of the inn and its 3 ownerships. Ouray is a great little town a this inn is right downhill from a great chocolate shop.

Fantastic little place for two in the neighborhood across the street from the Sportsman where our fly fishing trips left out of (ask for Matt - he is fantastic!). Jim was very communicative, nice hot tub in and aspen grove on the property. We will be back!
