Gorgeous water views in the center of town!

This apartment is perfect-great location, super clean, had everything we needed. Beach view from the deck was just amazing. Del Mar was super attentive throughout our planning and our stay. We are already looking forward to renting this unit again next year.

Everything was perfect! I am not sure if the dishwasher works. I was unable to get it to work. Otherwise it was a flawless stay!

This was the perfect oceanfront rental. Everything was exactly as described. Fully equipped with everything you would need with an absolutely gorgeous view.

Beautiful view and excellent location. We loved everything except one thing. The mattress in the small bedroom on the one side was slanted and you rolled to the middle. Was very hard to sleep on. We want to return next year and hopefully that is replaced. Other than that, everything was great!

Our stay was amazing. Perfectly located on the beach, very short walk to everything and far enough from the center. We would love to book again in the near future.

The property is in a great location. It was just enough space for us. I loved how everything was labeled so it was really easy to know where and how to operate everything. We would stay here again in the future.

The property was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Modern and well appointed kitchen. Open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room allowed us to enjoy the water views while we were inside. The porch was great and provided a peaceful space to enjoy breakfast and lunch. Great property and location. Close to center of town but quiet and private. Beach was just down the staircase so we could begin and end the day with a walk by the water.

Couldn’t ask for a more picturesque view and a nicer place to stay. Highly recommended

Lovely spot, great apartment, exceptional locale ...close to downtown by walk but ery quiet. Nearby was a lovely little grocery store where we got coffee every morning. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here with some reservations. The accommodation was great and facilities too. Very close to the town. There was construction either side of the property which made it very noisy. The blinds in the bedroom hardly stopped any light coming in so we had to sleep with masks on otherwise it was like daylight. On removing the bedding at the end of our stay the mattress was filthy. Parking on the road was easy. It may be difficult at other times of the year. It was great being so close to the town and sea.

The property was perfect. It was clean and the view was great. It was centrally located to all restaurants and shops.

This place was perfect for us - from the view, to the nice and clean space, comfortable beds, little extras not in the listing, easy access to the beach, and access to P town. Wed def stay there again!

Everything was wonderful. The place was so comfortable and warm. The view from the deck and direct beach access was perfect, just what we needed. We loved everything about the place, especially the location. It was perfect. Close to everything yet not noisy at all. We slept so well while there. The host was always quick to answer any of our questions and offer great suggestions. Highly recommend this apt. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for a great week.
