Mike was a great host. The studio was large and very comfortable. The steam shower and sauna were a welcome respite after long walking days in SF. Plenty of on street parking and a nice close distance to downtown. We'd definitely stay there again.

Amazing studio apartment! The responses from the owner were immediate, and he was very helpful on every level. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and you can park in front of the apartment. Unheard of in San Francisco! The bed is very comfortable, and there is plenty of space to hang out in. We highly recommend this apartment, and we know we'll return.

This was a peaceful, clean space in a quiet residential neighborhood outside of the core of the city. Check in and check out were easy and communication was great. Just one thing to note, while there is a small kitchen, there are no cooking facilities—just a sink, microwave and coffee pot (and no coffee—you need to provide your own). There was ample parking on the street.

Truly a gorgeous and spacious studio apartment with windows facing the quiet street and also the south side of the house. Access to washer and dryer a big benefit. Mike kept me informed of power outages in the area. An 8-minute walk (550 meters / .4 mile) to Stonestown Galleria shopping center (Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, many restaurants and stores). 450-meter walk to catch San Francisco buses. Beautiful stay! Thank you!

The place was warmly decorated and had everything we needed to be comfortable - including a very high-functioning TV. The host was also totally responsive to our needs and questions. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the best VRBOs/rentals I have ever had the pleasure to visit. The owner was incredibly responsive, even when I made a dumb error that accidentally left me without hot water one morning. Very clean, beautifully decorated, enormous library, convenient, quiet. All the basics, including a very well stocked mini-kitchen area.Sauna was an added bonus. I'd stay again without question.

Great location to visit all of San Francisco

It was a quiet and safe neighborhood, with a mall and a great place for Christian worship within easy walking distance . The apartment exceeded our expectations, with a beautiful patio out back, and made for a comfortable stay, with a washer and dryer in the hallway. The owner was friendly and good at communicating.

Property very good and clean. Well situated and great for 2 people. 10 minutes walk to shpping centre and 15 minutes walk to train on M line. However, side gate needs repair and bangs at night and side path tricky to negotiate. Very low water pressure and could not get hot water to kitchen.

Excellent maintained property! We loved the location! Neighborhood was safe! Close to muni line to hop into the city! Mike was easy to communicate with and bed was comfortable along with the sofa! We would stay here again if we were to come back!

I was in town for a 4 day class at UCSF. This studio was perfect, spacious yet cozy, safe, wonderful bathroom with private sauna! Memory foam queen mattress. Only upgrade would be an electric skillet or some other cooktop to make more meals in the room. Mikhail was very accommodating and thorough. I will return in the future.

Stayed here for 2 days while I stayed in the San Francisco area. Place is exactly as shown. Mike provided great and easy to follow instructions and had prompt replies! Overall great experience! (note no oven in property! Not an issue just a note for others!)

We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood feels safe. The location is good for public transport. Easy walk to Whole Foods. Some other people were staying in another part of the house and they were very friendly. We never met the host but he was very helpful.

Beautiful place, great safe neighborhood with parking, three blocks from Stonestown Mall and a quick walk to restaurants and shops in West Portal and the light rail to downtown. Quiet residential area, well kept. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Used this for friends visiting whom I couldn’t accommodate at home and it worked perfectly, will definitely reserve again for more visitors!

I stayed in Mikhail's rental for four nights. I chose it because it was very conveniently located near shopping (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target), restaurants and public transportation. I did not have a car but could walk everywhere. It is also very close to San Francisco State University where my son teaches. The studio rental was very clean, very nicely decorated and had everything I needed. The bathroom is very upscale- the shower was amazing. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of blankets, etc. I felt extremely safe (since I was by myself) in this wonderful neighborhood. Mikhail even brought fresh towels without me even asking. Such a gem of a place in which to stay and explore all that San Francisco has to offer.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. communicating with the property manager was very easy and replied to all our questions fast. The neighborhood is quiet, close to lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place
