Gorgeous new, 1 bd luxury apt, offering stunning views of the mountains and bay

Property was lovely and well equipped but we had a negative experience with the housekeeper, and as a result, the landlord. We spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get in touch with taxis to leave and were 30 min late checking out as a result. We were charged for an hour delay, along with an additional 30 minutes of cleaning, which seems punitive based on our interactions with the housekeeper. We slept in the bed and took one shower each in the property so do not believe an extra 30 minutes was necessary. After being rude initially when she arrived and we were not ready, the housekeeper ultimately offered to give us a ride - for twice the going rate. We paid it happily and appreciated the offer but she still made disparaging comments about us to the landlord. Due to these issues, we would not stay here again. If you choose to do so, be prepared for inflexible rules and rent a car regardless of what anyone tells you.

The home was perfect for our stay in Seward! Everything was clean and brand new! The host was always available to answer any queries and even shared recommendations with us before we arrived! Would highly recommend and definitely visit again

This is an absolutely beautiful, well-appointed, luxury apartment with beautiful views of the Seward Harbor. The owner was very easy to work with and offered information on things to see and do in Seward. Great place!

This property is amazing and so is Susan! Super clean, super easy to get to and close to town, she provided everything we would need for our stay, a long with brochures, guides, and communication whenever we'd need it. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. The hide-away bed was comfortable. And I appreciated the brown binder with all the information & suggestion. The entire place was beautiful. I got some ideas for my house-like the heated seat bidet & the light. :-) As I mentioned I tried to get in on the 10th but waited too long to make the reservation and it was no longer available. So I changed our day of travel just to stay here and the place did not disappoint!

To those who might temper expectations around what an Alaska small town VRBO might look like, you would be misguided to do so with the VRBO at 1125 Cliff View Place in Seward. The place is gorgeous. It was clean and modern, offering a great view of the nearby lagoon, Seward boat harbor, and mountains of Resurrection Bay. If you are in town and in need of a place to stay, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Overall excellent. This place is buttoned up and will be on our short list of return stays. Probably the best aspect was the communication by the owner to ensure everything was in order and it was. We most highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Seward, AK.

Set up perfectly for one couple. Beautifully decorated with great views. Easy access to everything.

Wonderful place to stay. The place is clean and the views are amazing. Nice little walk to town or through the park to get to town. Only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear everything upstairs.

Modern, organized, well maintained apartment with great views from the bedroom and private patio out back. Good communication and an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Check-in was seamless, including a quick call to go over some details. Also, a well crafted welcome book to go over some helpful tips and house rules in addition to local recommendations. The apartment itself was spotless. Very modern, clearly well renovated, and felt very upscale. The nice back patio with a bench overlooking the water was a great way to start the morning!

Easy check in. Super friendly owner. Apartment was immaculately put together. Location is perfect. Great view overlooking the town and bay from up in the cliffs but close enough to town you could walk if you wanted or make the 5 min drive. Highly recommend!!

A very modern apartment with incredible view from the bedroom. Host helpful and pleasant and we saw a pod of whales from our boat trip! Great stay.

Beautiful apartment, well maintained, and close to the marina. Also walkable to town for those who like a stroll. We enjoyed the view of the bay and were able to watch the July 4th fireworks from the comfort of the back deck.

We absolutely loved this place the best out of all the places we stayed while we toured Alaska. The view was breathtaking and the place was very clean, well equipped and decorated. We would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seward!

What a gem! This exquisitely designed apartment is in a prime location. Beautiful views and everything you could need. The host has thought of everything, is detailed and provides restaurant and activity ideas. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer than 2 nights!

The views from the back porch are incredible and the host could not have been more helpful. We went sea kayaking, glacier hiking, had an incredible seaside dinner at Ray's and went to the Sea Life museum. Everything was within walking distance (if you like to walk). Great stay!

Beautifully done apartment that overlooks the bay. Great location and very comfortable! Wished we could have stayed longer. Host was so accommodating. Comfortable bed. Wonderful and convenient place to stay in Seward.

This apartment was the cleanest rental we have ever been in. It was newly renovated, had an efficient layout and was perfectly stocked. It is close to town, yet private and quiet. Our stay at Dean and Susan's beautiful Seward apartment could not have been more enjoyable. The location is perfect, quiet but very convenient to everything Seward has to offer. The decor is magazine-worthy and every amenity is available. The apartment is very well laid out, perfectly suited for a couple. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the breathtaking views at the rear. In summary, we'd love to come back some day and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Seward.

Beautiful views from this 1 bedroom modern apartment. Luxury plus with modern updated appliances and furnishings. Unfortunately our weather was not so good so it dimished the beautiful view but once the sun peeked out for the very limited time the views were great.
