Gorgeous Guest Suite. Walk to Old Town & CSU!

Nice clean property and the mattress was great. We slept really well.

The location is fabulous for this adorable home. Easy walk to some of our favorites (BlueBird Cafe, Thai Pepper, Equinox Brewery). Lots of communication with the manager, Stacy, which made for easy entrance and departure. Two items were unfortunate for us: hot tub (with extra charge) is small and only comfortable for two adults (we had 3) and heat was modest, and outside camera installed that we were not notified about.

The location is absolutely perfect for visiting CSU, the back yard is lovely, and parking is easy. The rental had everything we needed for our short stay. We did have a few issues, however. We arrived late at night after a delayed flight, and there were no lights on at the property. The rental is at the back of the property, and very tricky to find in the dark. Instructions and exterior lights would have been extremely helpful; without them, my tall teenage son hit his head on the gutter and cut himself as we felt our way in via the driveway (we did not want to navigate the narrow alley parking at night). The floor around, behind, and the interior of the sleeper sofa (which I slept in to let the tall teenager get some sleep) were super dirty and littered with dead bugs. Lastly, I needed to do a load of laundry on our second night and the dryer is squealingly loud. Great location, beautiful neighborhood, but a few things that would definitely have improved our stay.

Great location close to old town. Quiet at night, with a fenced in backyard for our small dog. Very walkable neighborhood.

The location was super convenient to campus and Old Town.The backyard was very peaceful.The washer dryer was helpful as we moved our son into CSU.

It appears quaint, but 1) firetable didnt work 2)leather chair in living rm needs either deep cleaned or replaced ,yucky stains on it 3))ant infestation in the laundry rm we had to do so.e cleaning that we pd for.cleanimg staff to.do ie. Strip bedding too many rules with no budging without charging extra would lime some sort of small.credit.for the inoperable firepit and ants.

Lovely guest suite in terrific location. Stacy was a great host - communications were clear and easy. Would love to stay again next time I’m in town.

Wonderful spot for a Ft Collins and CSU stay!

This place was wonderful! It is within walking distance of the downtown shops & restaurants in a very quiet, well kept neighborhood. A cute, cozy space with plenty of smartly designed outside area for relaxation.The apartment was well kept, comfortable king bed and great bathroom space with large shower. With no stove just a hotplate & outside grill, the cooking options are limited but that is stated in the listing. The property host was very accommodating and easy to work with & responded quickly to our questions. All around it was a very nice space. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here while visiting our daughter. It is nice, clean and close to things.

Not the place we booked, we wanted to be in Old Town but the host cancelled at the last minute. Stacy did a nice job getting us this cottage and it was nice, the hot tub was nice but not very private. Other than the distance from Old Town it was a nice place.

Great location, clean, private. Helpful to have guest parking spot. Comfy bed and pillows. Only negative was the crazy loud heater when it kicks in.

We loved the location and space of this rental. It was the perfect size and layout and the backyard space was sublime! It was all super walkable. I would stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and location was perfect. Stacy provided great directions to the property and check in/check out were a breeze. The suite was exactly as described in the listing and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

New, clean and modern decor. Perfect for a single or couple. Was great as a stop over pn a work trip for me. Hot tub was awesome. Private yard with fire pit, outdoor seating and a grill. One parking space only. Grout in bathroom floor needs redone.

Really nice place, super clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved having the yard for our dog to frolic in while we hung out in the lounge chairs. Very walkable to old town and restaurants / coffee shops. What a lovely stay!

Close to CSU & old town amidst 100+years old homes and trees, this delightful cottage has a large fenced in yard with comfortable seating and a hot tub. A comfy king sized bed and luxurious shower, plentiful closet space & washer/dryer made our stay perfect.

Great location and wonderful, clean place. Backyard was a plus. Just a 10 minute walk to Old Town. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

This guesthouse was just lovely and had a perfect location. Very comfortable, especially the king size bed! The outside area is well designed and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to old town, coffeehouses, restaurants and grocery stores. The property managers are very responsive to any question or issue. They were very friendly and personable. We enjoyed this propery very much and would highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do. Downtown Colorado state restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay there again. They had everything we needed and it was clean, comfortable very enjoyable and Stacey was terrific and responded immediately with answers questions.
