Stayed Jun 16, 2025This is in a great central location in a 1911-ish home. This very private space at the side of the house has everything you need - even a washer& dryer at your disposal. Brian was awesome! Fun to communicate with, very responsive. The bed was soooo comfy, the patio was private and charming. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Stayed Jan 17, 2024Lovely little apartment that had everything I needed. Brian was communicative and helpful and the space was comfortable. First time using an induction stove which took a little getting used to but a nice little kitchen set up!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this gorgeous property during mid-June. The apartment location is nestled in an extremely quiet and clean Santa Barbara neighborhood. The home sits across the street from a beautiful hill. There is a wonderful walking trail and park within one block of the apartment. We were able to visit places like Stearn’s Wharf, State Street, the Bird Sanctuary and many other attractions, as they are very close by. The Santa Barbara airport is approximately 6-8 minutes away by car. The location is centrally located near three grocery stores and if you love a good burger, try Fuzzie’s! Brian is EXTREMELY responsive and will address any questions right away. We are convinced that the bed has to be the most comfortable there is and the water pressure in the huge shower is second to none! Please visit this property, as you’ll be very glad you did! We will absolutely be visiting again! Thank you, Brian and Jenna!!
