Inside you will find, hi-endfurnishings and finishes, a queen size Tempurpedic bed, 42 smart TV with cable, independent AC/Heat controls, cute kitchenette with microwave, keurig coffee maker, electric kettle and French press, sleek private bathroom, luxurious sheets and towels, desk to work at with storage drawers for clothes and cafe table with seating for two to enjoy your morning coffee and paper. This guest space is the front parlor of Persimmon Hall, converted to the cutest and comfortable studio apartment.

Other things to note
Many Mardi Gras parades pass within just few blocks of the house. You can hear the bands in the beginning of the parade, grab your go-cup and catch a fabulous show. Note: These parades shut the streets down and getting around outside of the neighborhood could be difficult.
