Being a NO native we felt right at home. Easy access to Magazine St, well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the front porch after a walk to our fav bakery Boulangerie. Very well priced and hope to stay there again.

Great location, clean and well equipped. It is essentially the front part of a house with an interior door separating the 2 units-a little odd for us. The person in the back of the house had a small dog. The bed is a Murphy and very uncomfortable.

Great neighborhood. The jasmine bushes out front are the best. Property is old school NOLA in the best way with some great antique furniture, my rents live down the road so I know the area well and this is a great quiet spot near a lot of great stuff on magazine.

Super cute place in a great location right off magazine street in the Garden district! Just a trolley ride away from the French quarter. It’s quiet and in a residential neighborhood. We walked everywhere! Nice and clean, fluffy towels! There was some coffee for the morning. Nice porch with the sun in the mornings.

This was honestly THE UTTERLY BEST experience EVER! My accommodations were far and above what I ever expected! Obviously the PERFECT location, but the place itself was itching with the charm of history as well as the current amenities that make us ALL feel comfortable! As the owner of an Interior Design firm, I was pleasantly surprised how well outfitted the suite was — proper seating, the mattress PHENOMENAL, as well as a place to “set-up” office while I was resourcing antiques in-town! It’s equipped with an amazing kitchenette with all the proper appointments. And the bathroom was sparkling clean with THE BEST shower water pressure ever! I have NEVER been SO impressed!!! I visit NOLA at least 6-7 times a year and this will be OF COURSE at the very TOP of my list EVERY single visit from now on . . . SO VERY impressed!!!!

Not quite as secluded as expected, but still a charming and classic New Orleans home that’s been divided into multiple units. The units are separated by thin doors, so a bit of noise can travel between them. There was some music and a barking dog in the neighboring unit at first, but the owner was extremely responsive and resolved it quickly. The space could have used a more thorough cleaning, as there was dirt on the floor from previous tenants, but overall it’s in a good location and a quiet part of the neighborhood once things settled.

The accommodations were perfect for us. It is well suited for a single or couple. All we needed was provided and the decor was tasteful and appropriate for a Garden District cottage. Gino is quite responsive to questions. The location was wonderful. We parked our car and didn't need it at all during our stay. We used the La Pass app on our phones to buy a three-day pass. We walked six blocks to St. Charles and had unlimited rides on the streetcar and other RTA transportation. Quiet neighborhood but only a block off Magazine Street with its restaurants and attractions. We will definitely try to book this property on our next trip to New Orleans.

Everything was exceptional, from walking through the gate into the garden, up the steps to the landing, I felt pampered as I entered the dwelling: stepping into a little jewelry box. I loved listening to the fountain and having my morning coffee on the front porch awaiting the sun to warm me.The room was elegant with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was perfectly sized for a short stay. Having access to a refrigerator was important to me.There was a large bottle of filtered water, beer cans and a frozen pizza in the freezer which I did not use as I was not sure if this was intended for me. Lovely gesture though if it was meant for me.The room and bathroom were perfectly sized as well. Plenty of storage in the chest and the luggage rack tucked in the corner out of the way was a practical plus. Everything pleasing to the eye, from the painted walls and wood works, to the bathroom tiles, and decor and paintings, all coordinating pleasantly.I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, catching No. 11 bus to town, walking Louisiana Avenue then catching the street car on St. Charles. The location was perfectThank you for making my stay in NOLA so special.

Close to bus stops and a few blocks down to the St Charles Street car line. Quiet pleasant neighborhood. The apartment was perfectly located just off Magazine Street. Easy walk to Coffee shops and restaurants. Cute apartment on a quiet street with a nice porch for early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The reason we didn’t rate it a 5 was the Transom windows above the interior doors and slight gaps under the doors which allowed light and sound into the apartment from other areas of the house. We also found the bed a bit too soft for our taste. We definitely enjoyed our stay But if we are back in the area we would probably try a different VRBO next time

As frequent visitors to New Orleans, we try to stay in different neighborhoods to get a feel for unique areas of the city. The location of this property was amazing (one block from Magazine St. at Louisiana Ave) and we walked almost everywhere (to a tune of 10 miles per day!). There are lots of restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops nearby. The space had everything we needed - comfortable bed, nicely tiled shower, and kitchenette for storing leftovers. Check in and out was a simple process. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others!
