With 90 m² set over two levels, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spaces designed for spending quality time together, it is the perfect choice for large families or groups of up to 6 guests who want to experience the Tuscan countryside without compromising on comfort.

Here, life naturally moves outdoors thanks to two beautiful terraces. Start your day in the shade with a proper Italian espresso and end it with a BBQ, sipping a glass of local wine as the sunset paints the horizon.

Second Bedroom: features a French-style sofa bed (140 cm) with an extremely comfortable mattress and ceiling fans for a natural breeze.
Third Bedroom (Attic): a cosy and private loft space with a French-style sofa bed (140 cm), high-quality mattress, and dedicated air conditioning (AC).

The apartment includes two full bathrooms with spacious showers and hairdryers. Having two bathrooms ensures comfort and privacy, eliminating morning queues even for larger groups.
