Welcome to this bright and modern 35 m² studio apartment, located in a private villa with its own separate entrance and private parking for up to two cars.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The kitchen is also fully stocked with crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils and everything else you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. There is a comfortable 160 cm double bed, as well as a sofa bed that can be made up as two separate single beds. The sofa bed is most suitable for kids or smaller adults. Bed linens are included.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and a convenient washer-dryer combination. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Outside, you can enjoy a sunny private patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill — perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal outdoors. The patio has sunlight for most of the day in summer and you will be able to enjoy the sunsets from there.
