Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Great amenities and close to the University of Utah. Easy access to the freeway and all sites around. Only complaint is the neighbors upstairs and the constant movement & noise most of the night. If you are a very light sleeper, this may not be the best place for you. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

This was a perfect place to stay while in town for a friends wedding. Melanie was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The place was thoughtfully decorated, very clean and had everything I needed during my stay. Parking was also easy and convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

it was AMAZING, we stayed for 6 days and let me tell you it was SO SO good. We were close to everything and it felt like a very safe neighborhood, it felt cozy and safe which was my biggest priority. it was soo cute and we spent a whole day just watching tv and laying in bed. all in all a 10/10 experience. It’s so worth it for the money and the host was SO descriptive and so it made it super easy not having to contact the host every 5 min asking questions. It was fabulous me and my bf loved this stay and would definitely stay again :) side bar - it doesn’t bother us too much but if nosey upstairs neighbors bother you, this prob wouldn’t be the place for you. Lots of stomping, screaming?, talking, and what sounded like sumo wrestling, or maybe jumping off a counter for hours straight and the most convenient times like 11-3am in the morning .. wasn’t a huge deal for us but it was annoying the day before we checked out because we had to be up by 4am to drive 28 hours back.. and couldn’t sleep because it sounded like they were fighting a bear. All in all, bring some ear plugs and a fan and you’ll be fine . I plan on coming back here again, it was wonderful.

Parking is awkward. Our assigned space quite far from the door. Upstairs neighbors quite noisy at night.

The room itself was lovely and clean and the owner/landlord was wonderful. We unfortunately had an upstairs neighbor not so lovely making a lot of noise but it got resolved.

My son and granddaughter stayed 1 night for early morning appt at Primary Childrens Hospital. Son said he had some misgivings upon arrival, as exterior of apt complex appeared a bit run down. However, once inside he said it was a cute, clean little space. We will book again for similar circumstance, as we travel from S central MT to SLC frequently for appts at PCH.

Stairs were really steep, we’re old and it was very difficult to get suitcases up and down them, bed was hard and lumpy, resident upstairs came home at 11:15 pm and stomped(sounded like hammering) for about an hour, it was clean and well stocked but I would not stay there again

The check-in process was very easy and convenient. We received the check in code for entering the apartment ahead of time and it worked on the first try!The kitchen has everything we needed for our stay. It felt like home.

This cute little place was perfect for our one night stay in Salt Lake City. It was super clean, cozy and a great location. We will definitely be staying here again.

Cute, well appointed, meticulously, clean studio rental near my college student! Excellent communication from the host – no issues checking in or during my stay. Perfect for this single mom to visit & move my college student in while having my own place to retreat to.

Conveniently located and clean space. Had some difficulties communicating with the manager after booking and check in was delayed day of. Overall still a comfortable stay.

The place itself is very cute. Clean and convenient as far as location. However, communication with the host was minimal, and the upstairs neighbor was really loud.

This was the best VRBO I've stayed in during my trip to the West. Super easy check-in and check-out, and absolutely loved the decorations, coziness, and aesthetic. I would absolutely stay here again!

The studio was clean, cute, stylish, and very comfortable. Its location near the University was super convenient, and the keyless entry was a great added bonus. The stairs were a bit steep, and we could hear the upstairs neighbors’ footsteps, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I cam across this little place for her birthday weekend. Nice little neighborhood close to everything and easy to get to. Would book again

This was a perfectly little place to spend our downtime during a busy weekend. The property was very cutely decorated and cozy. Communication was great from the host. My only complaint is that you can hear everything going on upstairs and they were very stompy :( (also totally aware that is out of anyone’s control lol) 10/10 would stay here again

Visiting relatives

My girlfriend and I stayed for only one night but it was a great location and just the perfect size for us. The bathroom is a little small but as long as just one of you are in there it works. Property owner answered any questions very fast and has suggestions for you if you never have been there before.
