Great location, easy access to the beach and restaurants. No beach towels provided at the house which would have been helpful l

Great location we were very happy with our apartment

The place is clean and tidy. The only downside is if you have heavy luggage to take to the floor. The guests are old ladies. But other than that the stay was good.

Good location, quite a nice apartment, the building is quite old, but the location is really what your paying for. It has all amenities that you need and we enjoyed staying here. Only downside was that when we checked in there were cigarette buts in the main bedroom drawers, bottles of opened wine and pizza box with old pizza in it, in the wardrobe. I emailed the agent about the issue but no response. It seems whoever was paid to do the cleaning of the apartment (or if the owner does the cleaning) missed inside the wardrobe and the chest of drawers. Just not a good look when your staying somewhere.

The apartment is in a good location. It has everything you need and its closeness to the beach is a bonus. We were able to walk everywhere in the local area and with so many cafes, restaurants and Clubs to choose from it’s a perfect spot. The fact we had our own parking bay at the front of the apartment was terrific because parking in Cronulla is a nightmare. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Communication with the Host was clear and easy.

The property was a bit tired and beds were kind of average. Location was fabulous and so close to everything. We informed the agent of the things that needed refreshing and a bit of a fix up so hopefully those will be addressed and the next guest enjoys a little upgrade.

Amazing stay!Great spot right by Cronulla Beach with comfy, clean accommodations and lovely ocean views. Peter Toby from Shire Rentals was fantastic — easy check-in and excellent communication. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the location of the appartment. It was close to everything. Will miss the beautiful sunrises and coffee each morning. The appartment was bright and had everything we needed for a week stay. Thank you .

It was wonderful to be so close to the ocean, scenic walks, pools, restaurants, cafes, shops and transport. The apartment whilst compact was well appointed. Communication with the agent was exceptional. Would recommend to others and wwould book again.

My family and I loved staying at this beachside apartment. We loved the location- walking distance to beaches, rock pools, cafes and playgrounds. The apartment was nicely stocked with supplies. The bedrooms would benefit from block out blinds but it wasnt a big issue. Overall a great stay!

Firstly having to collect the keys from Caringbah when the property is at Cronulla is really inconvenient. Why not provide a secure key box ?I also found the property to be very dirty with the cleaners doing 1/2 a job & the property manager obviously not checking.I brought this to the attention of the property manager (with photos) & whilst they acknowledged the issue & offered to send the cleaner back this was not convenient for me.A small amount of compensation was paid to me in recognition of the poor state of the property.Would not stay again or recommend this property unless the landlord / agent can demonstrate far more attention to detail.

The apartment was in an amazing location! Easy to get around by foot to shops, restaurants and beaches! The apartment was light and airy and had everything you need! Such a great space to stay for the week we had it for! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone and would stay here again

Beautiful cozy unit. So close to everything you need, yet set in a very quiet location. The cleanliness and presentation of the property was outstanding. Definitely would stay there again
