Furnished apartment perfect for a holiday or for a weekend stay inside a residential area located in San Antonio del Mar. 5 minutes walk you have a private beach, swimming pool and tennis court. We have 24/7 security. You have the equipped kitchen and a fireplace. We have a park for children.

15 minutes to the San Ysidro border and 10 minutes from Rosarito where you can find supermarkets, banks, bar/rest area and everything you might need. 5 minutes is Real del Mar where you have golfcourse.

Super clean, 2 years old building, furniture 3 months old. 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, TV, internet, WIFI, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioner included. Everything works perfectly. Big windows with great natural illumination.
You can use a pool and tennis court near without additional fee

5 minutes walking you can find swimming pool, tennis court and the big private beach just for the residential area. You can access to the beach by foot or by car. You can surf, you have easy jet ski access.

We have 24/7 security in the residential area. We have one restaurant, mini market OXXO and some coffees here next to the residential area. There is a park inside the residential area for the families with children.

I'm living in the same residential area just next to the apartment so I can always be available for anything you need.
