Furnished 1 Bdrm Apt #5 Next to Beach

Steve and Adriana are amazing hosts. On Sundays they do a supper; every morning Steve does espresso drinks! And conditions permitting, you may get to go out in their boat to look for wildlife and picnic on white sand beaches! Far enough removed from the central area to be quiet! No laundry facilities but service is available. Plentiful hot water!

Free Cappuccino's every morning by the pool, and a Sunday potluck allowed us to socialize with other guests. Steven and Adriana were great hosts and provided lots of local information, helped arrange tours and did their best to make our stay enjoyable.

This was just what we needed to escape the rain and cold of the Northwest. We loved it so much we are coming back in January to spend a month. Steve and Adriana are super hosts and make you feel right at home.

We were so lucky to get to stay at this lovely, welcoming apartment. Adriana & Steve were excellent hosts starting with Sunday night potluck and morning cappuccino ❤️. The apartment itself is immaculate, has everything you need and extremely comfortable. We were a 3 minute walk from the beach ( we flew with our SUPs) so we're able to board every day. The Centro and Malecon are a quick walk- it was nice to be a 10 minute walk from the busier area ( quiet evenings). The pool us lovely and warm and outdoor kitchen us a treat. I can't write enough good things and we are planning to be back in next year for a month. Thank you so much Adriana & Steve

Beautiful apartment, just as described. Large shower with great water pressure. Great outdoor kitchen and beautiful swimming pool with shade covers. Many bikes available for your use, we rode bikes one mile into town every day. The hosts are friendly and helpful, we really appreciate the ride from the airport. If you need anything, just ask. It was a great stay in a very clean, quiet and modern apartment and we would stay again.

Adriana and Steven are wonderful hosts and owners who live on site. I was looking for simple accommodation not located in town. 6 room hotel, about 1.5 miles from town center. Clean and well equipped. Walkable to beach, groceries and town center. Like most places now in Mexico there are construction projects adjacent.

Great property. Steven and Adriana are the best hosts we have had at any property that we have stayed at. Super accommodating and very helpful, and great conversations with a cup of coffee in the mornings! The property has everything you need, including a double kayak, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Great location, only a block and a half from the beach with excellent beach access. The one bedroom suite has everything you need, and the king bed is very comfortable. We are looking forward to going back to Loreto and staying with Steven and Andrea again.

I had great host, first night I experienced the bed was too hard for me and I asked the host if they had a mattress topper of some sort, they had one that was very satisfactory. There was a dog that seems to bark all hours of the night, which would normally bother me, but I was exhausted from all of the fishing I was doing. The place was very satisfactory. Plenty of hot water, good air conditioning. I would recommend.

This is the perfect location to stay in Loreto. The hosts Steven and Adrianna went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment we rented was equipped with everything needed for a week long stay. Anything that wasn't provided in our apartment was available in the amazing outdoor kitchen or pool area. The hosts provided a binder with general info about shopping and restaurants that was much appreciated. The pool was a perfect place to play cards and enjoy a beverage before dinner! The pool was warm and the view of the sea of Cortez from the terrace is beautiful. The beach is less than two blocks away! If staying here it is best to rent a car as the walk to downtown is about 15 minutes. Steven greeted us with amazing coffee in the mornings and recommended restaurants to try and general things to do around Loreto. We had booked a trip to visit dazante island during our stay but the company we booked through cancelled due to high winds forecasted. Steven and Adrianna were kind enough to take us to visit the island on their personal boat. They made our stay amazing and unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Loreto area!

Posada Espiritu Del Mar is a wonderful place to stay in Loreto with fabulous owners and staff who make your stay warm and welcome. Location was perfect. Hope to return in the future...LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
