The unit is a fully functionning large apartment, with wonderful beds and a fully stocked kitchen. They have games, a comfortable living room, and all sorts of things for tourists. The owner was generous with assistance as well as providing snacks and drinks. I will stay here every toime I am in Fort Collins.

We were in town for a family wedding and found this property because it was close to the wedding venue in Laporte, CO. We absolutely loved staying here. It provided all the comforts of home and more! It was also very close to Old Town. It was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. Next time we are in town, we will be looking at this property again. Huge thank you to the owners for making our stay so comfortable.

The location is perfect. It is very quiet. The owners live upstairs, but you wouldn't even know it. It is furnished beautifully and very well stocked. Highly Recommend.

Very clean and spacious accommodations. I traveled with my husband and mother to visit my son at CSU. We loved the proximity to campus and old town Fort Collins, and the large space meant we had plenty of room to spread out.

The space was perfect for our last-minute preparations for my daughter’s wedding. There was plenty of space to put together bridal bouquets and the host even shared his glue gun with us. The iron/ironing board came in handy, too. The host was very responsive. Quiet neighborhood with walking trail nearby.

John and Lisa were very accommodating and gracious. The apartment is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Will certainly stay there again when we are in the area.

We could not have asked for any better experience. The location of our home was easy to get around in FTC and surrounding cities. The hosts were outstanding at making sure the place had everything needed for a month-long stay. The courtesies shown were so thoughtful. The landscaping is gorgeous, and they shared bouquets of flowers to make it feel like home. If we are in the area again - most definitely we will stay again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Large and spacious and everything you need

My sister's family stayed over the holidays. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. John was lovely and very accomadating. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We appreciated our peaceful and comfortable stay near downtown. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and a good place to take a morning or evening stroll. We had everything we needed and would recommend this home!

great place to stay. My one suggestion is for the heat to be higher in the early morning. My wife and I get out of bed between 4:00am and 5:00am but could not control the temperature. It seemed to be turned down at that hour to keep the house cool and because most people are still asleep, at a lower temperature than we would have liked. We were forced to bundle up.

We have stayed at this location multiple times as the location is perfect for us (close to CSU) and the property is always clean and has everything we need. The owners are always kind and helpful.

Our family enjoyed the stay at John's place. It was quiet and very well equipped (specially the kitchen) and furnished. John and his wife went above and beyond accommodating us. They were very respectful and friendly. They communicated with us efficiently and were quick with responses. We'd strongly recommend John's place to anyone visiting Fort Collins.
