Fully furnished studio, 50 yards from ocean, shared pool, fishing-jetty

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little bungalow. The property was nice to walk around in, the views were amazing. Communication with the host was easy, pleasant and they gave us a list of great places to check out during our stay. Highly recommend!

The fishing jetty was a peaceful and wonderful place for watching sunsets, making new friends and catching fish for supper. We caught our own fish dinner every night while enjoying a beautiful sunset. The apartment was comfortable and clean and fit our needs perfectly. We'll be back.

It’s located in a small rv home residential block. It’s a 1hour 20 min drive away from key west, 40 minutes from Islamorada and 10 minutes from the grocery store. It’s clean and everyone in the community is nice. There’s a short walk out to a jetty where you can fish and tables in the residential area you can eat. There’s a boat dock if you chad a boat. Overall, it’s a small apartment but it’s perfect size for 2 people for what you need.

It was everything we needed. It was clean! Nicely furnished. Kitchen came in handy. Lovely scenery. Perfect location. No complaints. Such a friendly area too.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and did a great job communicating. The unit was well furnished and equipped, very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the community it’s located in was very friendly. We appreciated the ability to make our own meals if we wanted to or have the option to eat out - Marathon has a plethora of restaurants to choose from! This place is far enough away from the main hub to be quiet but close enough to be conveniently located to many attractions, shops, bars, and restaurants. We loved being able to walk out on the jetty to relax, or to watch the sunrise or sunset. We didn’t do any fishing but it’s also a great place to fish!

Appreciate the privacy and cleanliness of our studio. Gounds are immaculate and location was perfect for what we were wanting to do.

Overall place is as described. You are close to the ocean but no beach. We heard the fishing is great. Nice little area outside the unit with chairs and table. They also offer a picnic table and gas grill. Nice heated pool on the premises. All the amenities you need. Place was clean and bug free. We read too late that they have chairs and other beach items in a shed nearby. Only negative might be it's a few miles to the grocery stores and restaurants. There is a Bar SS Shipwreck across the hwy that has delicious bar food, fun place. Your host Hans is a very helpful and nice guy. Sends good information to help you ahead of your arrival. We would definitely stay here again! 5 Stars!

Very clear. Maybe a little small, but just right for 2 senior citizens. Great neighbors.

This was our 2nd time for visiting the Keys and this trip was more about fishing charters. The rental was convenient to local marinas and was nice having the jetty close to property. We did not vist the pool area. My only negative was the unit was outdated. I think the furniture and decor could be updated. But the price was good and im sure that factors in. Overall we had a good visit. Thank you

It was amazing, clean, and a great property. We had so much fun fishing off the jetty and meeting the locals in the area.
