Stayed Jun 25, 2021I liked that the place was clean and newly remodeled with new flooring including carpet, fresh paint and new appliances (except no dishwasher) and cabinetry was new.

Stayed Nov 13, 2023We had a group that stayed in 3 units of the Iron Trout. Every unit was well furnished and decorated and most importantly had comfortable beds. We've stayed in several VRBO's and it seems the trend is to place cheap, hard-as-a-rock beds that look nice. You won't get stuck with hard beds here - they're medium firm and gave us a great night's sleep.

Stayed Oct 29, 2023Cascade MT is a small town, but a big recreation destination. The Iron Trout had plenty of parking for our truck and trailer and is central to many different hunting and fishing access points. The units are comfortable (and the beds too). It's no wonder why they have so many repeat customers.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023Great place in Cascade for anyone fishing the Missouri. Close to fly shop, groceries and gas with room to park vehicles and drift boat. No hassle and a willingness of host to work with guests to make for an enjoyable stay. Only down side; No dishwasher and a small coffee maker, but that is nitpicking. Would stay again.
