The space

This luxurious poolside guest suite (Kitchen, Living Room, Bath, Sauna and Bedroom w/ Private entrance) is a private guest suite located on a large, gated French-themed estate, offering a private and peaceful retreat in an elegant setting.



Guests are welcomed as special visitors and are provided secure access to the gated property, where the atmosphere is serene, beautiful, and truly relaxing. The poolside location offers sweeping views of vineyards, a golf course, French gardens, and surrounding mountains.



Although the estate feels tucked away in wine country, it is conveniently located just two and a half miles from a major freeway, providing easy access to downtown San Diego, the beaches, shopping, dining, and nearby attractions. This unique combination offers the best of both worlds—tranquil countryside living with excellent central access.



Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and garden areas, which are occasionally shared with the resident in the main house, while still maintaining a strong sense of privacy and tranquility. The estate offers a refined and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of San Diego Wine Country located 2 miles from the San Diego Zoo Wild Animal Park.



The surrounding area features numerous wineries, scenic drives, charming mountain views, and excellent shopping and grocery stores just a few miles away. The property itself is absolutely stunning, and guests are encouraged to explore the gardens, relax by the pool, and fully enjoy their stay in beautiful San Diego.



Guest access

Guests are invited to enjoy a stunning infinity pool with cascading waterfalls that flow into the lower gardens, along with a beautifully positioned jacuzzi offering sweeping views across the entire estate. A large, private outdoor lounge area is reserved exclusively for guests, providing a comfortable poolside setting for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the scenery.



Covered parking with an EV charger is provided for convenience. The gardens are open to guests at all hours and are softly illuminated in the evenings, creating a magical atmosphere for night time walks and quiet moments. Throughout the gardens, multiple seating areas offer unique perspectives of the mountains, golf course, and surrounding landscape, making each spot feel special and serene.



At the heart of the gardens stands a European-style gazebo, hand-carved from white marble in Europe. As guests stroll through the grounds, they pass two of the four marble statues on the property, representing two of the four seasons—graceful sculptures of young women, each symbolizing the beauty and character of the seasons they portray.



The entire estate is designed around themes of luxury, elegance, calmness, and timeless beauty, creating an environment that feels both captivating and deeply peaceful.

    David and Luis's home is simply spectacular. The photos of the house and yard are just as surreal as the actual property itself. They are the ultimate hosts combining guest privacy with courtesy and cordiality. We stayed two weeks and never tired of sitting by the pool, or sitting in the hot tub while looking across the valley into nearby vineyards. The location is excellent as well. We were close to all things that are Southern California from the ocean side beaches to the Palomar mountains Thanks David and Luis.
