This is a deluxe, front-line beach villa overlooking the sea. There is a protected area in front of the villa for nesting turtles on our beach. The Villa is located 500 meters from Angulo Surf School (2 time world champion windsurfer). They can provide all the kit for SUP, windsurfing, kite surfing etc. Why play with just one board or kite Why not try them all
These completely self-contained, fully furnished, huge, 2 bedroom flats have a kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and all the dishes. Just bring your toothbrush! Towels and linen provided. Two flats available - almost identical with top end furnishings and everything included. Super king beds with extra thick mattresses insure your sleeping comfort. Single beds which can be combined to create another king sized bed with no crack between them. Surge protectors provided to safeguard your phone/laptop/tablet etc. Secure storage for equipment. Filtered water for safe drinking water in each flat. We have installed flyscreens to help insure a good night’s sleep. There is a safe in each of the flats to secure your documents, keys and cash. Rent one or both or the entire Villa with 7 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 20 people for a great friends or family getaway.
Located in Santa Maria on Sal Island which is 20 minutes from Amilcar Cabral International Airport. We can provide an airport shuttle service for €10 (each way) which is a saving of €10 (€5 each way) compared to arranging your own transport. Appartment has a lot of space, is well furnished, very clean, complete and has a beautifull terrace. Building and interior is pretty new. Very nice and attentive owner. We found it better than shown on the pictures. Appartment is located around 1 km off the town center and 1.5km to the main beach in a very quiet location. Transport to the town centre and main beach is no problem at all. Taxis are passing by occassionally at the apartment itself and every few minutes at the tarmac street 100m away. 3 Euro (or 300 CVE) flat rate for transport within Santa Maria. Walking is an option as well from time to time . Bikes can be rented, too. New Fashion beach club is 100m away from the appartment. However, we found it overpriced compared to other locations. Sal is a warm island. Expect to have some insects in your home (in particular when located at ground floor). We had some ants and small roaches in the living room area (where the kitchen is as well), mainly when coming home at night. Nothing to do about it (if you do not want to use insectizides in large quantities). This is the same in Spain or other warm countries. Keeping everything very clean (no traces of food) helps a bit. We will surely choose this appartment again when staying in Santa Maria next time .
