Stayed Mar 30, 2025Great 2 bed flat, perfect location for the beach and valencia tennis academy. 40 min by bus to the city centre. All necessary stuff was in place, including a descent kitchen.

Stayed Apr 30, 2022We stayed in this apartment for 14 days and we loved it. You get your exercise climbing the stairs to this apartment that has everything you need for a beach stay. The grocery store is right across the street and the beach is 3 blocks. There is a bus stop into the city around the corner too. We will stay here again. I

Stayed Jun 6, 2021The Apartment was very nice and clean. I stayed 1 1/2 weeks and I felt like home. The host enrique is very kind and helpful. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and to the city center only 30 minutes in bus. Perfect location if you want to relax and visit the city. I would always come back.

Stayed Feb 17, 2020Very nice place and newly renovated. Location is excellent with bus stop right at corner. Metro is only 10 minutes walk away. Very convenient for grocery shopping as the supermarket is just across the street. The place is clean and communication with owner and the helper is great. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. We enjoy our stay very much!

Stayed Jun 23, 2019It was our first time in Spain. That apartment is only a few blocks from the beach (which is where we spent out time). The place had pretty much everything we needed. There was a market very close by. Loved our stay here.
