It is located in a big street on the first floor very near the city centre. It is a renovated and fully exipted apartment in a 1900 century building. Becuase it is an old building you will have to walk stairs there is no lift.
Our apartment Is only 10 min walk away from central station and the centre 15 minutes. Easy connection with tram and bus. In the close neighborhood there are a lot of shops and restaurants.

Stayed May 18, 2026What we liked the most is the location. As it states, this property is very close to Rotterdam Central Station which makes going around very accessible and easy. There is also a supermarket right around the corner and multiple restaurants right around the corners. The property has everything that you might need. It is not luxurious but is practical. What i liked the least were the steps. I misunderstood the information and was thinking that this property is on the ground floor. It is on the first floor and has a narrow stairway. We got accustomed to except for when moving the suitcases. Furthermore we enjoyed staying at this property.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025We had a good stay at the property. It was clean and tidy.Communication with host was good and fast.The surrounding area was good and only about 10 to 15 min walk to Rottterdam Central Station (which is the hub for any travel by train, metro, bus and tram).As the property is located in the main road the car noise is significant, so it is not a fully quiet place.The stairs in the building are quite narrow and small, if you are not so young (or not physically fit) or have some health condition, be aware of this.Washing machine is in the third floor, so you will have to go from first to third floor to have your clothes washed in the machine. If you are not physically fit or have a health condition, again this may be a challenge.A suggestion to the owner is to change the flooring of the living room and bedroom as the existing one has a more industrial and outdated look and feel. Bathroom and kitchen are quite updated and fine.Otherwise, the property is great and we have no complaints or regrets for staying there.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Very easy to find, good parking availability, good public transportation options, and walking distance from the city centre.Really appreciated that it was pet-friendly and the rental process and check-in/out were both very fast and easy.

Stayed Oct 26, 2024We found the narrow and dark stairs very challengin. No hair dryer and bathroom floor was very slippery.. Larger towels would have been nice. Extra bkankets shoukd be in the cupboard- not asked for.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Great apartment and location. Very central. However I was left with a virtually empty dish soap bottle. The property manager never replied to my question while I was in the unit. There’s a broken lamp still in use. Also, the address, once revealed, was incorrect and the right one is hidden within a large paragraph of check in instructions.
