We absolutely loved our stay here. Its a perfect location, lovely newly renovated apartment on a canal, supermarket 2 minutes walk away, friendly management. Couldn't ask for better. Can't wait to go back to Venice and would want to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, truly Venetian, but close to everything (either on foot or by vaporetto). Great to have the nearby vaporetto stop, Prix, and restaurants along Garibaldi. Worked perfectly for the three of us. Would definitely return for another stay.

Such a wonderful location to give us a feel of the locals! I’m convinced we would have missed out if we had stayed somewhere else!

A bit away from the congestion of Venice and that was nice. Good neighborhood and getting places was easy with convenient Vaporetto access. And walking! Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Very clean and well appointed.

Two big rooms on a little, quiet canal in a very quiet section of Venice, away from tourists. Convenient to all of the sights. Easy to find and get to. Very clean. Very well-equipped. Charming in all ways. Lovely antique wooden chests, beamed ceilings, new bathroom (small shower, though), grocery store and restaurant three minutes away. Giuseppe Mele, the proprietor, was very nearby, patient, friendly, accommodating and spoke enough English for all to go smoothly. He even sent a little map to my phone to show us how to get from the dock to the apartment. We left the apartment in excellent condition, so our security deposit was promptly credited back to my account. I will definitely stay here again. Giuseppe even supplied tea and coffee, umbrellas, everything for our comfort. Unlike our apartments in Rome and Florence, we even had heat when we needed it, and that same convenient access to A/C, if we had been there in warm weather. I can't say enough good about this lovely place. I would love to stay here for an extended period of time. We felt very safe here.

We had an amazing time in Venice. The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. We will happily stay here again!

The owner gave us very clear directions to get to the property via whatsapp and met us promptly even though it was not a convenient time for him. The property was clean and well-equipped. Perfect for our 3 days in Venice. It is away from the crowds which is lovely but, although it is walkable to the centre, it is convenient to get the vaporetto ( water bus) day tickets that give you unlimited access all around Venice and the islands so that you truly can enjoy the city. It is better to get the boat to Giardini stop rather than the San Pietro stop as this involves walking through a not-so-nice area or the city (especially at night).

It was a bit far away from the nearest Alilaguna stop, but the place and location were perfect. The back room is spacious and the the whole apartment is very clean and well furnished. Air conditioning is much appreciated during the summer, though the apartment is usually quite cool. It is close enough to the many common Venetian attractions, yet far enough to give you a chance to explore the city and enjoy your own private space.

We enjoyed our stay at the studio. The property was very clean and well maintained. The listing description was accurate - we were just not aware that the bed is a pull-out couch and not as comfortable as a real bed. The location is very convenient since it is quiet and away from the hustle & bustle but close to a water taxi stop. There is a well stocked grocery store very close by that made the stay even more convenient. I would recommend the property any time and would stay there again if we go back to Venice.

We loved our place in Venice! Giuseppe was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was the nicest one we stayed at so far. The AC was great. Highly recommend.
