Fantastic penthouse flat in the first line of the most beautiful beach and the Paseo Mediterraneo of Mojácar. 28 square metres of terrace offer an incomparable panoramic view over the sea and the entire picturesque coast with the mountains of the Sierra Cabrera.
2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en suite, kitchen and living-dining room offer all the comfort you could wish for. The flat is called SOLYSOMBRA, meaning sun and shade, because you can feel incomparably comfortable both inside and outside on the terrace shaded by awnings. Everything is modern and comfortably furnished, including the terrace. Additional comfort is provided by a swimming pool integrated into the garden area and a parking space in the underground car park.

The property is completely fenced and there is also a large pool with lawn.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a 150 x 200 upholstered bed, en-suite shower room with washbasin and WC, hairdryer and infrared heating for the winter. I have already described the marvellous view over the beach and the sea, you walk down to the street, cross it and you are on the finest sandy beach. The urbanisation BAJO DEL BANCAL is quiet, the nearest chiringuito is Tito's, one of the oldest or even the oldest in Mojácar-Playa, but it is far enough away not to disturb you, but you are still within walking distance.

Due to the size of the 2nd bedroom, the flat is only partially suitable for 2 couples. It is ideal for a family with 1 - 2 children.
