Have fun watching Folly go by from the large private balcony; settle in with a drink on the cozy outdoor sofa and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”
Inside each apartment you'll find luxurious furnishings, including a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, large and small appliances and generous granite counter space, uniting the banquette and living area to make preparing meals and dining in enjoyable. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry.
Outside, the live oaks and magnolias shade the back parking area reserved for you to park one vehicle. You'll be just a short walk away from Folly River Park and Folly Pier, where you can fish, crab, catch a meal or shag-dance with locals. Each apartment has a beach cart and two chairs available to use when you're ready to head to the beach.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE: The Location of this apartment is on the 3RD FLOOR and is in the MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, you probably WILL HEAR NOISE. HOWEVER, because of its top floor location, THIS IS THE QUIETEST apartment in the building. There is not an elevator. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

    I stayed at the property on our travels home from college graduation in alabama with my two daughters, what a fun place. We walked in, the apartment was updated, fun decor retro vibe, very clean, perfect size, we really enjoyed the balcony. Its a fun area, we never needed to drive. We walked to everything, the beach, bars, restaurants, there is a bar/restaurant below. The area is quiet, people around are friendly. I would definately stay again.

    My friend and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it! Very clean, location is perfect, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive! One downside was that the pillows were not comfortable for us at all. Had to stack tons together in order to sleep through the night and not wake up with a sore neck. The only other downside was that there wasn’t an umbrella in the unit to bring to the beach so we did have to buy one but not a huge deal. Very minor details that wouldn’t effect wanting to come here again. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

    Booked this for a brief thanksgiving holiday and very pleased with the decision! The apartment was just like the photos. Very clean! Appliances are a little dated BUT we didn't come to folly to cook on the stove and do tons of dishes so they were just fine. The patio / porch is so cute and comfortable. Very short walk to downtown folly! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

    Very spacious, nice porch for watching storms, comfortable. Plenty of towels and dishes. Onlyting we did not like, were the steep stairs and noise from neighboring building. Once inside the apartment, it's all good!

    We came to enjoy the beach and meet up with family at Folly. The beach was a 5 minute walk only 3 blocks away. The unit was great and we were very comfortable. Loved to balcony sitting area and spacious open floor plan. We made only one inquiry and they answered immediately. It was also nice to have a cart and beach chairs provided. We would absolutely come back for another visit.

    I stayed here with my 3 little boys. Everything was in walking distance but not to loud for their bedtime. There is a great little restaurant downstairs too. The property was clean, it had everything we needed and it was a perfect size for the four of us.

    We had a great time & the space was more than enough for our family of 4. Cart + 4 chairs & an umbrella made it easy so we didn’t have bring much with us for the beach. Once the kids went down having a place below to eat/drink made it perfect!
