    Our one month stay was memorable not only for the people we met, but also for the apartment. It’s just two blocks from Frenchmen Street and walking distance to anything you want to do in the French Quarter and when you get your fill of New Orleans activities there’s the back courtyard. Very relaxing with shaded spaces and a burbling fountain to enjoy.Will definitely stay again.

    I have stayed in many vacation rentals in Marigny and the French Quarter and this one tops the list. It is an absolutely charming and nicely renovated building. Everything in the building was good condition and worked properly, the bed was comfortable, clean - perfect! The rear courtyard is an absolute delight and the location couldn't be beat, i.e. close to the French Quarter and Frenchman Street but also a quiet oasis away from the noise and excitement of those two area. I would love to stay here again!

    We entered the unit from a side gate that took us into the cutest, most perfect courtyard. My first thoughts were I am never going home. The property was PERFECT for my husband's and my 10 year wedding anniversary. The location was ideal, we were able to walk everywhere, from Bourbon Street to Frenchman Street. The owner was super responsive and getting into the unit, after a long morning of travel, was very easy. We can't wait to go back!

    We consider our first trip to New Orleans a huge success due in huge part to staying at this lovely, comfortable apartment! Vimarie was especially welcoming and a wonderful communicator regarding our arrival time. She made sure we were able to get into the place in a timely manner and that everything was to our satisfaction. The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect for easy access to the top-notch jazz scene on Frenchmen Street. We walked the two blocks every evening to take in the latest groups of musicians in the different venues down there. After sightseeing around the rest of New Orleans during the day, it was a pleasure to look forward to coming back to this quiet, cozy apartment and then head out for our nightly fix of jazz. What a perfect taste of New Orleans! Thank you, Vimarie, for giving us this opportunity! We would highly recommend staying here - it's exceptionally clean, comfortable, cozy and convenient! The outdoor courtyard was a welcome sight too, at the end of the day - we enjoyed our glass of wine out there before heading down for an evening of jazz on Frenchman Street. This apartment is an example of the reason we prefer VRBO properties when we travel. We love the personal connection to the property owner and the personal touches they leave on the property. This place was exceptional in that regard. Highly recommend!

    We were very fortunate in finding this rental just a week before Mardi Gras. Our previous host cancelled our reservation only a week before our trip. Once we confirmed with Vimarie, she was very responsive and ensured that everything was prepared for our trip. The location was absolutely the best! We were just three blocks from Frenchman Street and four blocks from the north end of Bourbon Street. Couldn't have gotten a better place if we tried. The additional parking spot, which was located closer to the French Quarter, really came in handy when all the tourists started getting into town. The backyard was a delightful hangout. It included a water fountain, and outdoor couches under cover from the rain. This was a great homebase for us during our travels. All the household basic essentials were available, allowing us to enjoy our time there. This would be a great rental to get if visiting New Orleans and the surrounding areas, for any time of the year.

    This was a perfect place to stay. The house had a New Orleans feel. It was clean with great space and great backyard to enjoy a few drinks before heading out. The location was perfect! Found great food and bars close. Everything was within walking distance. Frenchmen Street was right around the block and Bourbon Street was down the block. I felt like we had the best of both worlds. I really can't express enough how much we enjoyed our stay here and how convenient everything was to get to.
