The apartment is completely new, with natural lighting in all the rooms, on an areaof 117 m2 made up of 4 rooms (2 with a bed of 135, and 2 with a bed of 80 that becomes 160), 2 bathrooms and an office kitchen. It is located on the 5th floor, the building has elevators.

The location was good for us and the place was clean, but the air conditioner could not keep it even remotely cool, especially in the back bedroom. The owner responded to our complaint quickly, but nothing was wrong with it...it just couldn't cool the place, making it difficult to sleep. He did bring us one fan, but my sister purchased another two small fans for two of the other bedrooms. We were able to sleep some, but not comfortably. It also made it almost impossible for our family group to utilize the living area. The only cool place in the flat were at the bar in the kitchen where the air would blow directly on us, but that was intermittent. The two baths were very tastefully done. If a larger air conditioning unit was installed, we would consider staying here again, but otherwise, we wouldn't. Again, the owners were very responsive.

Great location not far walk too the sea, amazing host and an amazing apartment would highly recommend
