Our family-run hotel is located in a sunny, central location at the foot of the Leoganger Steinberge. The apartment is modern equipped with a large cozy kitchen (large dining area) and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. NEW: Separate living room with sofa landscape and TV and underfloor heating. On request 3. Bedroom with shower / toilet can be booked. The apartment can also be rented by 2 people. A large east and south balcony and a beautiful garden invite you to relax. The ski bus stop, the adventure pool, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Swing, slide, trampoline, sandpit and playground are available for our little guests. In winter you do not need a car to get into the ski circus: you can take the free ski bus (every 15 minutes) - stop 150 m near the house - to the Steinbergbahn or Asitz cable cars and can ski down to the house via the ski route. In summer we are an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. The adventure swimming pool is only a few minutes' walk away from us. Bikeworld Leogang, the largest bike mecca in the Alps, is only 2 km away from us.

    My husband and I loved our 11 nights in this gorgeous house. I spent a lot of time looking at properties online before selecting this one and I am so pleased I did! The pictures online do not do it justice - it is much bigger than it looks in the photos, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious living areas plus dining and full kitchen and an outdoor courtyard. There was plenty of space for the two of us to relax! It is in a great location - about 7 mins walk up Draper Ave to Pearl St for restaurants (make sure you go to Don Carlos Taco Shop and Cups cupcake bakery!) and the CVS, and another 3-5 min walk to Vons supermarket. About 7 mins walk to the beach to watch spectacular sunsets and 15 or so mins walk to see the amazing sealions and seals at La Jolla Cove. We both enjoyed running along the waterfront in the mornings and watching the surfers and wildlife. We also enjoyed the Farmers Market on Sunday mornings - about 5 mins walk along the street. This house was a great base for sightseeing in San Diego. We had a rental car and it was easy to get onto the freeway to travel into the city or to shopping malls. It is also just a short drive down La Jolla Boulevard to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. The owner was very friendly and responsive when we had a query regarding the light switches. The house was very clean and well-maintained. It had all the amenities we required, including washer and dryer, iron, full-size fridge and oven, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer, off-street parking...basically a home away from home! We will be recommending this house to friends and family traveling to this part of the world and will definitely chose to stay here again next time we visit San Diego.

    This lovely home is very comfortable and within walking distance of downtown La Jolla. Lots of amenities and street parking is always available. The owner is very responsive to request. We've stayed here twice and hope to do so again.

    We travelled to San Diego to visit family and see the sights. Super clean and well-equipped! Wonderful place for a family of 5 (3 children) to stay...a much better option than a cramped hotel room. Lovely patio in back. Close enough to the beach and village to walk, but quiet and tucked away from the more crowded areas. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing week!

    We had a comfortable wonderful time, in our rental. It was centrally located, and we could even walk to the beach. It was in a quiet neighborhood, not allot of traffic or people traffic. The rental was clean and inviting. The owners were very nice and were very helpful with all of our questions. We slept 4 there very comfortably. We plan to go back again in October. I would recommend this property. We also, had some fantastic meals in the area of Bird Rock, and in the Cove area- George's.
