Newly renovated close to Whole Foods, Audubon Park, La Boulangerie, Ashley Longshore, Shaya's, Le Bon Temps Roule, Barre3, Domenica, Creole Creamery, The Club Ms. Mae's, and many shops. this is a fabulous location- walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, and a quick Uber ride to the French Quarter and Jazz Fest. Mardi Gras parades pass right outside your door! My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

We met our host and asked us if we needed anything (which we did not).The place could use some tea towels, basic kitchen utensils, toilet holder in master bath needs to be fixed, could use some hooks to hang stuff up, and more paper products (tissues). The master bed could use an update. It was a bit creaky, a bit small for 2 adults (could use a king) and uncomfortable.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024My family and I had a wonderful stay. The shotgun double as these types of properties are called in New Orleans, gave us a taste of everyday life in this beautiful city. We felt safe and were within walking distance to Whole Foods, Audubon Park, and the many shops and restaurants on Magazine Street. The property managers were communicative and quickly resolved a minor issue for us. Would recommend and stay here again.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024This side of a double shotgun house has been totally renovated. Everything is new, clean, and full of New Orleans charm. The hosts made the check-in/departure as easy as possible. The neighborhood is fantastic. Highly recommend. My daughter-in-law, daughter and their friends loved it.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Perfect spot away from French Quarter to experience all the New Orleans has to offer! Short walk or quick Uber ride to anywhere you need to go! Or hop on the street car to head downtown.

Stayed Apr 24, 2024We had a fantastic stay here for Jazz Fest. The property was clean, well appointed, and perfectly located. Within walking distance to great restaurants and shops on Magazine as well as Whole Foods and a short drive to the Garden District and the French Quarter. Clyde made check in and check out a breeze. Will definitely return for future trips to New Orleans. Cannot recommend highly enough!
