FABULOUS BEACHFRONT RENOVATED STUDIO AND AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS

Veiw was great, nice blanket, Nice room. No soap for shower. Toilet seat kept pinching me.

I don’t understand these bad reviews. Our stay here was really really good. At first I was a bit frustrated because we didn’t receive the code to the lockbox to get the key prior to arriving. However, our host answered our message immediately and called us with the code. Upon arrival the check-in was smooth, the bellman who carried our luggage was super friendly, conversational, and informative. The condo and view was absolutely beautiful. It actually looks like the pictures which is rare these days. Very clean room and nice bed. There is a kitchenette but no fridge. I would suggest getting one but I’d still stay here again if they never get one. The location is literally right at the boardwalk. No problem finding food to eat because everything is walking distance. No bugs which would have been an automatic dealbreaker for us. The location is not sketchy at all like some of these reviews stated, some people are just scared of everything lol. We will be back!

I would rather sleep in a cardboard box in an alley than stay there again.

Excellent location on boardwalk but nice and quiet. Amazing view. Very comfortable bed. Good WiFi. The unit is showing some signs of age, like missing handles and such, but overall a good place to stay and a good value.

I will say this, the view was nice, everything else was not as described. Since when is a 1970's light fixture with 4 different light bulbs (2 didn't even work), a very old AC unit that the instructions were not readable on it, a bathroom ceiling that is cracking, knobs missing off of 2 cabinets, 2 bath towels for a 4 day stay, among other things. When I asked the owner about these issues, I was told that they did renovate, whatever that means. The owner was very nice, no complaints with her.

The view from this location is worth it all. Every evening enjoying the sunset and stars come was magical and every morning watching the sunrise over the glistening water was the perfect start. Location was accurate to the description and convenience to dinning and drinking was perfect! Having to drive to another location to get the keys, slow elevator access, and minor aesthetics like the cabinet handles broken and many of the lights not functional made me not give it a perfect 5. The view was worth it though so I would still fully recommend! Heads up, you should consider brining your own towel, the ones provided weren’t ideal. Otherwise, great place!

We were told we could have an early check-in of 2 pm. Upon arrival the key unlocked the door but the inner security latch was engaged and we could not get in. Meaning someone was in there. When he finally came to the door he said he was cleaning. (Why latch the door? We could see there was a woman inside with him who wasn't wearing her shoes. Trust me they were NOT cleaning our room. He wanted 45 minutes. We pushed him on that and I called the owner. She did not even know who was cleaning the room and thought maybe she should find a new cleaning company. Ya think?!?!? The floors were slippery and sticky all at the same time. Disgusting! The main remote of the TV (and cable stations) did not work. Only the Roku device. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom is peeling. Again disgusting.The AC barely works and there is a large fan in the room for exactly that reason.The best part of this place is the view. Still, not worth the price.Save yourself the aggravation and the .

The room was great and had a great ocean view. Very friendly and attentive staff. Secure parking and building right on the boardwalk. Will be back next year.

This was a fantastic spot for a weekend getaway with my wife. The southerly facing room has a beautiful view of the ocean with a guarded parking garage for your vehicle. It comes equipped with an electric 2 burner stove top and a microwave (in case you would like to make a quick meal in) or there are plenty of excellent dining option within a few minute walk along the boardwalk.
