Extended Stay for Holidays & Business

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Denise was a gracious and responsive host, the unit was comfortable and well-appointed, the property was lovely and secure. Great central location. The dogs were sweet and well-behaved. Denise set a high bar for any future longterm stays!

I stayed here a few months while finishing my education. It was a great and safe experience. The location is in a nice area and the dogs on property are the best part ? built in friends and security. It's quiet and kept clean by the owner. I definitely recommend staying here as it's a fully stocked location with all the comforts of home.

Great little place and very clean. Bed was comfy and shower is large. AC rooms in the summer was perfect. Denise accommodated my large truck and I was very grateful. Recommend this place anytime.

A fantastic apartment with everything we needed for our 1 week stay.

Denise and her husband (and four fur babies) are very kind and helpful. There are stores near by, a designated parking spot, laundry on site and I feel safe. The home is equipped with everything and Denise checks in to see if I need anything. Couldn't have asked for a better situation. Would definitely recommend this property.

The place is just what we were looking for. Tranquil hidden oasis! We are out Durning the day and it feels great to come back to a space that feels like home. Even greeted by the dogs when we arrived was great. We hope to say again. ?

We enjoyed our stay in the Magnolia apartment. One thing we didn't know beforehand was that there is another apartment attached to the guest house. There is a longtime renter staying there and even though we saw him pass our window twice a day, we never heard a thing from his apartment. We loved the electric fireplace which looks surprisingly realistic. I opened the fireplace doors and sat right in front of it and it felt realistic too. We started to worry about hot water in the shower because it takes about three minutes to get upstairs, but once it arrives it is super hot. We also loved the view of the orange tree from our sitting room. The only downside we experienced was the dogs barking excessively one day when Denise and Vance were not home. But it was our last day and I did let Denise know about it. Our favorite spots to visit were Signal Hill Park and Del Cerro Park in Palos Verdes.

House is clean and easy to use. The owner is very friendly and can spend comfortably. I would like to rent it if there is opportunity. THANKS

absolutely perfect... very clean and comfortable...better than advertised...Denise and her husband are super hosts...apartment has everything you need and more...and I am not easy to please...would stay here short or long term without thinking twice...never staying in a motel room again after this experience....
