Stayed Feb 12, 2026Our group of 10 friends stayed here for the weekend before Mardi Gras and had the absolute best time! Craig was very responsive and informative in his instructions. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved spending time at the dining room table. We felt safe and enjoyed the gated parking spot. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 30, 2025Host was very attentive . Pictures are correct Very nice for 4 couples in lieu of hotel rooms . Quick drive to French Quarter or Superdome .Very economical also . Will stay here again . We love New Orleans.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025We were a family of parents, kids and grandkids (14 was youngest). This place was PERFECT! I rent VRBO often and all over the world. This is darned near perfect. Most people come to NOLA to eat. We cooked and wished for a bit better appointed kitchen (sharper knives, serving utensils, …) and a grab bar in the downstairs bathroom for us older folks are only suggestions. Kudos for a VERY stress free stay. Thank you very much.

Stayed May 22, 2025Great property with lots of room for extended family. We used Uber or Lyft for transportation rather than walking to catch the trolley since we’re an older group.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025This house was perfect for 8 adults coming for the jazz festival. We requested chairs for the jazz festival which they kindly provided. They brought kitchen towels and a broom when we requested.Be aware this house fronts up to a busy street - so there is traffic noise. For those who are sensitive to that it could be problematic- it was not in the least for us. All we wanted were comfortable beds and great sleeping situations for the 8 of us and it was perfect!!

Stayed Jan 23, 2025My sister and our families came back to town for a wedding and a funeral. The location was good, the neighborhood was good, the house was spacious, and full of old New Orleans charm. Craig was very responsive and made us feel at ease.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024There were 7 of us and the home was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan and a huge tv for comfort. The communication with the owner was excellent, making sure we had everything we needed and any questions he was available to ask. Would stay here again !
