This is a professional building and is peaceful and quiet.

Stayed May 5, 2024The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. Michelle and Rowland were excellent and responsive hosts who checked in on me and helped resolve any questions quickly. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great rental in Boulder.
