Stayed Apr 23, 2026Great house for a group, especially for Jazz Fest. Walk or take the street car. Take the street car the other direction to the French Quarter Wonderful back patio for gathering for meals. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Get carry out and enjoy it sitting at the large table on the patio. Clean, easy access, quick response from host.

Stayed Apr 7, 2026This home was close to everything. It was perfect for us and would be perfect for any large family to stay. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Being close to the green way was nice for our dogs. We love that we could walk to City Park and soon there will be a grocery store very close. Lovely place to stay

Stayed Nov 20, 2025The house was spacious enough for 10 people. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were fairly large. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen could definitely use more kitchen utensils and the floors were dusty. All in all the house was great would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025This was ine of the best priperties ive ever stayed at. It was incredibly easy to check in, the rooms were spacious and well decorated. There was plenty of space in the common areas to gather and hang out. The best part was definitely the host. He was very attentive. Therr was a potential issuse with one of the AC that happened rignt before I checked in. He called me before I even arrived and let me know that this could be an issue and to let him know and he'd handle it. I arrived and the AC was indeed not working. So i called the property manager back to let him know. He had already called his AC guy to come and take a look. He gave me his contractor's number so we could coordinate so our evening wouldn't be disrupted. My friends and I left for dinner and by the time we got back, the AC was fixed. It was seamless and so simple. I really appreciate how the property manager handled the whole situation.

Stayed Sep 10, 2025The house is very charming. There is a lot of room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was ok and there was a WinnDixie within walking distance. My only concern is with the cleanliness. The vents were coated with dust and had mold around them on the ceiling on the second floor. The walls had dust on them where the vents blew out and the a/c and the water filter at the fridge both need the filter changed and maintenanced (alerts on the machines). The bedding and sheets were great and the kitchen was clean. Overall a nice, comfortable stay.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Stayed with 5 other adults. Plenty of room. All beds at least queen size. 3 bathrooms were very helpful. Clean property, safe location. And only three houses from a Winn Dixie. We were able to walk there every norning for brekfast supplies. We stayed for Mardi Gras and it was only a short trolley ride or lyft to everywhere.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024My friends and I got scammed by a hotel and had to find a place to stay within a week of going to New Orleans for the Eras Tour. Luckily we found this gem of a house! It was everything we had hoped for, with enough rooms and beds for almost all of us to have our own and not have to share rooms Plenty of bathrooms and a full kitchen with wash/dryer!! The location was also great - we would've liked to stay within walking distance from the French quarter but that was not in the cards. But this place was practically right by a streetcar stop so it honestly made things a lot easier for us!! The Winner Dixie next door came in handy and there are some lovely restaurants in the area as well that are walkable! My friends were able to check in early as they arrived earlier in the day and that was super helpful. We appreciated this place and definitely recommend it!!

Stayed Sep 26, 2024This is a girls trip of women in their late 60s celebrating friendship since high school. Three of the 5 of us were escaping Florida ahead of hurricane Helene. Communication with the host prior to our visit was excellent as we weren’t sure we were going to make the trip due to the storm. Beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of community space to spend time together yet we each had our own bedroom. We found out on our last day where the trolley/street car pick up was just a block or two away. We had Uber everywhere else prior to that, but didn’t have to Uber to the grocery store because it was just across the street which made it nice to gather up our rations food and beverages for the weekend. We definitely would return to this location and VRBO. We found the people in New Orleans , very friendly and welcoming
