We stayed in condominium 30 one. We had a great time very spacious condominium. Everything was clean and neat. Check in process was easy. They were always checking on us to see how everything was going. I would recommend this place.

We had a terrific two weeks at this beautiful condo. It is stocked with laundry, dishwasher, soaps and shampoo, conditioner and body wash items- has everything you need.The response of the managers is above and beyond. We heard back from the within minutes when we had some issues with the front door and the TV internet. They were all incredible.The location is so close to everything that Chattanooga has to offer and the great restaurants and coffee houses downtown. It is a beautiful city filled with the most friendly people.One item to note that management is not aware of and that is the fitness facility that is located in the building next door. We did not have access to it and seems the property owner has not given access to our property manager. But there is so much to do there that it is not a problem.We look forward to returning and especially to staying at more properties of Unique Stays due to their great care and concern of their renters- and you can tell they take pride in their properties.

A very nice property. Very close to all activities very close to nice restaurants on the river. The only downside was the refrigerator was not cleaned out.

This property is amazing! Don’t know how old the property really is, but it still smelled new! It had everything you would want to cook a meal, although we did not. Lots of wine glasses was a plus. It was a little tricky to enter the unit, as the number lock is below the doorknob which was difficult to see due to lighting in the hall. The communication could not have been any better! Thank you Sage!Convenient location to walk to town. Always felt safe. Love the bar restaurant across the street.I highly recommended this gem!

We got in late after a long drive from Florida. Our assigned parking place was very near the entrance door. It was wonderful to see the condo was just as advertised. We had a wonderful Christmas stay with so much to do in the area. Many things are within walking area if you are in shape. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, clean, comfy, well-appointed, attractive decor. We mostly ate out, so didn't really use the cookware. Nice 'freebies' like coffee pods. Super-comfy beds and couches. Great dining table and cool counter to sit and chat. TV was good, but remember to bring your passwords for your streaming services - there are none included. Don't forget to log out, either! :) So close to cool places, like the sports bar/restaurant literally across the street! Normally, places managed by services really suck and it's hard to contact live people. Not so with these guys. They actually have a HuMaN bEiNg answering phones. Helped us get in (I missed an email) and confirmed that I paid (even though VRBO said I didn't).

My family and I had a really nice day and hope to come back

Unit had everything that we needed. Also very well decorated and great location. Loved the convenience of being near the riverwalk and downtown, but no view from condo. Carpet was dirty and some scuffs on the wall. No bath cloths in the master bath, but after looking, found them in the dryer. Pool chairs were not in the best shape. Fitness room was perfect! Overall, we did enjoy our stay!! Thank you!!

Downtown and near several attractions. Well stocked and comfortable. The only negative is that there are two buildings at this location and both are poorly marked - with that, it's much too easy to go to the wrong building!! The owner was very responsive, however, and recognized this issue then helped direct us to the proper location.

The location was perfect as we were in easy walking distance of the Tennessee River, the Aquarium, and downtown. The apartment was lovely and spacious, nice big tub in the master bath. Pool was at the building next door, just across the parking lot. I had a few questions when we arrived and the owner responded immediately.

Modern and clean. Convenient to downtown and tourist attractions. Great places to eat nearby.
