    We loved our experience of staying here. My only critique is the kitchen table. The layout and glass not being secured on the base was inconvenient. It’s very walkable to the beach and several restaurants and bars.

    This is a beautiful unit in a gorgeous, well maintained large home. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown and the beach. The home is clean, well stocked with everything you need, nicely updated appliances, and the beds are comfortable.

    I absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our friends getaway. It had everything you could possibly want or need. This ground floor unit with tons of outdoor space was extremely quiet, secure and came with a reserved private parking space in the back. Morning walks to the harbor and around the neighborhood were easy and a joy. Local restaurants and a market just yards away was very convenient. One of our friends arrived by train, which was a couple blocks away, we walked to greet her. It was probably faster than driving and parking. lol. We took local outings to the Botanic Gardens, Ojai, and Solvang during our 4 day stay. We would definitely stay here again.The only hitch was having an issue getting the key lock box back in its place. The onsite/on call property manager was very quick to respond and assist us.

    We loved our stay here. We always stay in West Beach when we come to Santa Barbara and found this property to be perfect. It was easy to get in and out, the place was spotless, had what we needed to cook a couple of meals and was generally quiet and comfortable. The outdoor patio areas were lovely and my husband set up his “office” on the patio with the umbrella table. It was so peaceful and even though he had to work some, he still felt like he was on vacation. It was very easy to walk to the beach, loads of restaurants, State Street and of course, The Funk Zone. We would definitely stay here again.

    Stayed 4 nights visiting friends in SB. Very comfortable and clean. Good location - the apartment is a short walk to the beach, wharf and the Funk Zone. The off street parking was a plus.
