Very clean and love private access to the beach. Great place to stay and will book again next time.

Excellent location. Very nice accommodations. Host was easily accessible, helpful and friendly.

When we got there we had no running water, called multiple times and was told there was an outage in the area, next day still no running water or bathrooms, had to go to Walmart to use bathrooms. Found out broken water pipe that is owner responsibility to get fixed and HOA was very aware of it and they had not taken care of it. Sheila was very nice throughout this process to move us to a different unit

Perfect

We really enjoyed the stay. The only thing that was hard was the floors were thin and the people that were there above us had 6 kids and it was super loud all through the day and until 2 am. But everything else was wonderful.

The condo was well stocked with dishes to cook. The condo itself was quite comfortable. It was very close to the beach. Overall, a great place to stay.

I have absolutely zero complaints about our stay here. Everything was perfect and clean and comfortable. The oversized sectional…omg I am in love with it! All the beds were very comfortable but that couch beat ‘em all! Kitchen was completely stocked with pots, pans, utensils, keurig.. it was just like being at home. The walk to the beach was easy. The pool was nice and refreshing. The shower outside the pool was so good to have to get the sand off. The gazebos and grills… great to have! We just loved everything about it and can’t wait to book here again!

Everything was great but the loose tiles on the floor throughout the unit caused the grout to crack and pop out of the gaps. Needs qualified repair and or installation.

My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was PERFECT, near everything we needed and wanted.

We had a fabulous stay. The property was clean with ample towels. (Bring your own beach towels!)Access to the beach was easy and super close to the condo complex. The beach area was quite quiet in comparison to the other high rise beach areas. Everything is within a 5mile drive including attractions, restaurants, etc.We had a great time. Thank you!!

We had a great time on our trip. The condo was beautiful, clean and has a ton of storage. Beds were comfortable in all rooms and there were plenty of linens for everyone. Washer and Dryer worked quickly. Pantry was a major plus. Beach is a short walk across the parking lot and a boardwalk- 3 minutes- and there is designated areas for the property so you don’t have to worry about getting a good spot. We also used the Barefoot Beach services to reserve chairs and umbrella and they were set up every morning with a reservation card attached. Only issues we had with the condo specifically was that the TVs had multiple remotes and the universal remote did not pair to the main tv, took a bit to sort out what worked for what. Also, the unit above us was moving furniture around and it was loud and when a family came in we could hear them running all over. We have stayed in other units at the property and not had an issue, so I’m assuming they were just an extra loud group. Property was being painted and there were several days where the painters were working on the steps and it was difficult to maneuver around them- but once they finished, we had zero issues. We would definitely stay here again.

The home came fully equipped with things I needed to prepare for Thanksgiving. I will be coming back again.

The apartment was nice and clean. The kitchen had all we needed to make a nice family dinner. Check in and out was nice and simple. We had a nice stay.

We love the location at St. Martin Beachwalk Villas and usually choose condos in the property for the location, convenience, and proximity. The beach and beach service in particular are wonderful. The layout/floor plan of the 3 bedroom condos is very convenient for families, yet still maintaining some privacy. The unit was clean, ready on time, and functional for our purposes. That being said, this unit could use some minor repairs and updates.

We loved St. Martin Villas. Easy walk to the beach, clean and well stocked unit. We hope to return soon!

A very nice condo near the beach and close to everything else in Destin. No complaints, I do recommend bringing a extra blanket to cover the windows when visiting. It gets very bright in the bedrooms in the morning time.
