Elegant Loft Apartment in Beautiful Downtown Rome!

This place is an absolute hidden gem. We came in town for a wedding and opted for this instead of a local hotel. We couldn’t have been more pleased. It felt like a great find in the back streets of London.

This was the most spacious, beautiful space we've stayed in Rome. Large living/dining area, high ceilings, Viking appliances in the kitchen, large pantry for all our food.Cozy outdoor area with tv and fireplace, and heaters.The only downside? It's above a loud bar Wednesday-Saturday. We enjoyed singing along with karaoke night, but then it shifted into heavy metal and kept us awake until midnight to 2 am in the primary bedroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and more secluded and quiet. Will bring earplugs next time.

This place was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. We stayed there as a couple, and hosted a family dinner and a post-wedding get together. The space worked great! Kitchen is all deluxe with plenty of space, Sonos speakers. Multiple tv’s. The only thing to keep in mind is there is a bar downstairs so sometimes you’ll hear karaoke (some of which was not an all-star performance!) but if you bring earplugs you should be fine! They shut it down at 11:30 or so. Upstairs bunk rooms would not be affected at all. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the property and location. Would definitely stay there again. Bed sheets were in a pile on floor when we arrived. We had to wash them ourselves. I emailed host but got no response.

The loft is absolutely exquisite inside and out. Truly, a beautiful rental property and very clean. However, my only caveat is it sits above a bar and especially on a Saturday night, there was noise until after one in the morning for the master bedroom, so basically we got Hardly any sleep because we were waking up by 6:30 to leave town. That was a very unfortunate aspect to the location, but otherwise it was beautifully done and very easy to check in and check out.

Our tennis crew enjoyed the location and space. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. The two living areas were very spacious and the furniture and beds were super comfortable.

The groomsmen from my son‘s wedding stayed at this beautiful loft in downtown Rome. We all want to live there. It was wonderful and exactly perfect for the vibe of the wedding.

This property was amazing! It is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! The location is perfect for any downtown Rome events. We enjoyed the multiple seating areas and the kitchen is well equipped.We are hoping to book another weekend very soon!

Incredible property in an unbeatable location for downtown Rome. It’s a great venue for a board meeting, a friend or family gathering or other multi guest get together. Both the indoor and outdoor space are amazing gathering spots. We will definitely be back for other business relayed or personal activities.

I can't write enough great things about this best in class property - it is simply an incredible home to stay at while in Rome. This property is spectacular - formal yet extremely comfortable to relax and enjoy while visiting Rome. The Owners are phenomenal!

This property was well maintained. We will be visiting Rome frequently since my grandson is attending school there and I hope to be able to stay at this home when we come.

Excellent! This loft is much better in person than in pictures. We live in Rome and rented this for the bridesmaids. It was perfect.
