Elegant Executive Loft in Historical Downtown Littleton

Great apartment and location

We loved the location,. Walkable to shops, restaurants, breweries etc.. The apartment was large with eclectic furnishings and a comfy king size bed. We lost electricity several times but apparently that is a thing in the downtown historic district of Littleton. We would definitely stay again.

The property is within walking distance to everything Littleton. Cindy was an excellent communicator, offering easy check-in, & out. This location is above a business that stays open until 9&10pm.

Clean. Spacious. Adequate supply of bath towels, tp, utensils, dishes, etc. All as pictured.Nice access to downtown.Downstairs business could be bit noisy, but not open very late and they were kind and friendly.

Everything was good. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the proximity to everything in downtown Littleton. So cute and walkable. We were also close to our family in Littleton so will be back. Place was so nice and had everything we needed. Cindy was great and allowed us to check in an a little early since we were traveling with a pet. Thanks so much!

This was our 1st VRBO experience and overall, it was a good one. It was very pretty inside, and the bed was comfortable. The sofa was difficult to sit one, kind of worn out. It was in a good area for walking and seeing historic downtown Littleton. They even had a parade down Main Street while we were there. When we booked, it said there was a pet food store downstairs. However, by the time we arrived, that had moved out and there was a pinball parlor instead, so much nosier. There was some traffic noise. There was a dedicated parking space. However, several times it was difficult to get in and out of it because other cars were parking in the way. Floor was squeaky, making it difficult to sneak to the bathroom during the night. Place was clean, but I had to clean the washer before using. Having a laundry room was very nice. Hostess was quick to respond to any questions.

Great location, easy check-in and checkout. Cindy was responsive to requests. The bed and pillows could have been more firm, but they weren’t super soft. My one complaint was that the place needed to be better cleaned. The bathroom floor had some dirt and hair on it, as did the outside of the tub. I would consider staying again but would likely do a little cleaning upon arrival.

Nearby bike / walking trails are great.

We were in the area for a 4th of July concert at Red Rocks and the location was great. We also did day trips to Pikes Peak and Idaho Springs.

We loved rhe location in Littleton. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. There is a new really cool pinball lounge that opened the weekend we stayed. It was a little loud but the owners of the VRBO were reaponsive and talked to the owners of the lounge and it was not a problem after the grand opening. We took advantage of the rooftop patio. We would stay again.

We had a lovely stay in this loft in Downtown Littleton. Convenient to shopping, dining and breweries. It was roomy, and the kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal at home. The decorations are dated, but cute. The patio is a rooftop, with power lines, no railing on one end, so stay away from the edge, and very little view. We were gone most of the time, so a view for us wasn't an issue. Our stay was also during a heatwave for the area and the AC at the loft just couldn't keep up. 78 degrees in the loft at 9pm. We opened windows and there was a fan so things cooled down to a comfortable temperature and we could sleep. There is a pinball game-room below the loft. There was a bit of noise but we were told if it was too loud they would turn the music down. The noise really didn't bother us and they close early in the evening. It was a great time and we would stay here again.

Very nice loft. Convenient to Main Street. Well equipped and plenty of space. We travel to the area frequently and will be back!

We loved staying right in the heart of Littleton. Easy to walk to breakfast, lunch, coffee etc. Way better than staying in a hotel!

So nice to stay so close to Main Street at Christmas time! Would suggest getting a digital lock w a code - a lock box is pretty old school. Loved that cable was included so I didn’t have to Log in to my streaming accounts. Bed was comfy

The apartment was wonderful, good location nice atmosphere. A few kitchen lights weren't working that would've been helpful. but a great place to spend time!

Overall our stay at this upstairs flat was great. It was literally a half block from restaurants and boutique shopping. Though the bathroom is small the rest of the flat was large. The king bed was very comfortable. This may not be the right choice however for older travelers. The parking lot is very uneven and the stairs are not adequately lighted. The host was very accommodating as we had to change our reservation due to weather.

Stayed at the loft for 10 days while visiting family in the area. The property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable and the size of the loft was perfect for the two of us. When in need of a place in Littleton in the future, I will definitely look to stay at the loft!

We loved this place! We walked every morning around downtown and stopped at various local places for breakfast. The unit was roomy, clean and very well-stocked. The owner responded quickly with any questions. We will stay here again in the future.

Great open spaces, comfortable king sized bed with soft linens. Location is perfect for surrounding area including pickleball and Red Rocks.
