Stayed May 28, 2019The apartment is located right in the heart of Venice, 5 minutes walk to San Marco Square. It's very close to so many shops and restaurants. The apartment is very modern, clean and has good amenities.

Stayed May 4, 2025The apartment was lovely. We enjoyed this apartment and it was in a great location. our only negative was it was on the 3 floor and the steps were difficult to carry our bags being 80. But this was our only problem once we got our bags in the steps were fine for normal up and down trips.

Stayed May 4, 2023The location of this unit was excellent. I was centrally located and easy to get to all parts of Venice, and multiple water bus (Vaperetto) stops. It's up two flights of stairs and there is no elevator but that was OK with us. The unit was nice and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was definitely firm but I didn't mind. I wished that the kitchen had a toaster and better English instructions for the washing machine and a drying rack would have been much appreciated. I would stay here again if I were in Venice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our beautiful apartment in Venice overlooking the square in front of Il Teatro Felice. We were very comfortable there with many restaurant options close by. It was a dream trip and this gem of an apartment was wonderful.

Stayed Oct 18, 2019The property is in an excellent location! 5 minutes to St. Mark's Square not much longer to Rialto Bridge! Busy square out front as property is right next door to Fenice Opera house, but not very noisy. Property is very clean and has everything you need.

Stayed Sep 18, 2019This is a wonderful apartment , completely furnished with very comfortable beds. The place was immaculate. The locale is central to all of the major attractions and wonderful restaurants are located nearby. We were sorry to leave and if we ever return to Venice, would absolutely stay here. Stayed Jul 18, 2019Chiara was a delight, and although I never was able to meet her, I might next time as I would love to stay there again. The apartment is very lovely and had everything we needed, stores are close, the restaurant outside the front door is great, although it is a couple flights of stairs up, it wasn't bad. The furniture was comfy and the kitchen great although a new set of pots and pans might help, with lids :-) Really this is a great find and I will be back! Thank you Chiara for everything! I wish we could have stayed longer!! NEXT TIME!
