This 1-bedroom retreat puts you squarely in the middle of it: a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared pool, and some of the best live music and local culture New Orleans has to offer are all within easy reach.

The space
Situated on the third floor - accessible by stairs only; no elevator on property - the unit is well-organised and easy to settle into. The living area features a TV, a dedicated workspace for anyone needing to stay connected, and a sofa bed that sleeps one additional guest. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and heating keep things comfortable whatever the weather.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is designed for a proper rest after a long night out - a king bed dressed in fresh linens, with room-darkening shades that keep the street light at bay so you can sleep in at your own pace. The sofa bed in the living area accommodates a third guest.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics are all on hand. A coffee maker with complimentary coffee is ready each morning. Sit at the dining table for a relaxed meal, or take your cup outside to the backyard and outdoor furniture for a quieter start to the day.

Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, plus a hair dryer and fresh towels. Hot water is always available.
