Stayed Sep 17, 2018we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the view from the apartment‘s terrace (which also kind of serves as an open kitchen on sunny days). through olive trees you are looking onto the gulf of stella with the town of capoliveri in the back. it‘s a ten minute walk up the (steep) hill into town with lots of lovely restaurants, winebars and lookouts. also ten minutes away down the hill there is a small (and stony) beach with a little beachbar. there are far nicer beaches on the island but this one is still worth a stay. the apartment is also a good spot to go explore the peninsula calamita walking or by bike. luca is a very friendly and uncomplicated host, who is always accessible when needed living just next door. certainly we will choose to stay with luca when back on the island!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Tramontistella. The appartement with 2 bedrooms is very comfortable and perfectly clean , tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well-equiped. The kitchen opens on a furnished veranda with a wonderful seaview. And on the roof there is also a big terrace. The place is very peaceful. The beach is 500m away and it takes 10 mn to walk to the center of Capoliveri. It can't be better! A great place where we will come back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a really beautiful time in Villa Tramontistella. The house has a big garden with olive trees and cactuses. The parking place is in front of the door. The flat is clean and the interior is new. It is air conditioned and you have allways helpfully to prepair a good dinner at home. You can use the shower outside after your beach day. The view from the terrace is spectacular for a romantic evenings, there is no noise and no people. You walk ca. 10 minutes to Capoliveri City and ca. 10 minutes to the sea. Capoliveri is a beautiful small town with a lot of restaurants and shops. We found a great bar directly on the Piazza with a lot different kinds of Gin :-) Great vacation!
