Efficiency Apartment in the Heart of Wrightsville Beach

Our stay was great. The apartment was as described, clean, in a quiet location jest steps from the beach. Great value for 1-2 people. And the host was very responsive.

The room was great! It was clean and the kitchen had everything needed to cook myself some meals. The location is superb, just steps to the beach but also to restaurants and shops along Lumina Ave. I would definitely stay here again!

This was such a good place to stay. Mr. Cofer was very gracious. It’s within walking distance to everything. It is in the heart of downtown Wrightsville. Quiet area. It was great for a getaway.

The location of this place is fabulous. It was clean and comfortable. Very roomy for a studio apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with. It all made for a nice and easy stay.

This Apartment met everyone one of our needs. It was VERY close to the beach with walking access. One of the big things was the off street parking spot reserved for our unit. We drove a big truck and had plenty of parking right next to the place. Owner communicated very specific and useful directions to us ahead of time. If we go back here, we will definitely try to get this unit again!

Cannot beat the location! Literally 50 steps to the sand. Walk to dinner, ice cream or coffee. The apartment was all we needed. Very clean and comfortable with the picnic table right outside the door for outside seating. Will definitely be staying here again.

Worked out nicely for 2. Ideal location for food and beach access. Always something such as noisy refrigerator and dripping shower head but acceptable.

This little hidden gem was perfect for us. It was so cute and clean and was all we needed after a long week. Fully furnished with everything you need for a beach stay. Host was always available for any questions we had. Will definitely be coming back. A!

S/o to Clay. This is an amazing location and you can leave your car parked all day and walk to everything you need. The spot is all you need to enjoy the beach. I would definitely come back here any time I want to go back to wrightsville! I highly recommend Clay and this spot to everybody! He is very communicative! Perfectly clean and quiet even when people were having a good time at the restaurants near buy. Well appointed and nicely decorated. Easy to find and the owner was very nice to make sure we knew to bring our own linens. Appreciated the outside shower to rinse off sand too.

Great location and perfect place if your looking to be close to the pier, bars, testaurants, and especially, the beach!Awesome, cozy place for one or two guests.Will definitely book again if i am headed to Wilmington.

Smelled like mold. Had mold all over shower head. Did not shower! no way would i get in there. One of the rules was to use outside shower to get sand off and that shower head was a new clean one. Have no idea last time floors had been mopped. Very dirty. We were very disappointed. They had a rule of no pets because of allergies. But do they think of people with extreme mold allergies. Sorry to say but really unacceptable. Very unsatisfied!!!dirtydirtdirty,

Just visiting for a fun and relaxing weekend at the beach. We loved having the picnic table out back to sit and enjoy meals and the beautiful weather. Excellent that this was so close to the beach because we could just walk back-and-forth to the unit. Our only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror right behind the entry door. It was difficult for two women to get ready with only one small mirror in the bathroom. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay.

We stayed here for a short weekend for a wedding. Clay was awesome, and always replied super quick. Check in/out was super easy. It’s the perfect spot for a short weekend, or even a long one with your significant other or best friend. We loved it and definitely will be back in the future

The kids and I totally enjoyed the accommodations, and the proximity to the beach!

Cute, extremely clean, recently updated beach unit. We could walk less than a block to the beach, and return to a quiet comfortable space with just the right amount and f kitchen and bath amenities tucked into a well designed studio space. Our host was responsive and we would certainly return. Beautiful beach and town!

My husband & I have stayed here several times now. It’s the perfect spot for the two of us. Has everything you need & is always clean. Will be back!

It is a cozy little place. Great for one or two people. Great price. Best of all, it is right beside the beach, so you don’t even have to drive! Great getaway!

This was the second time we’ve stayed here. Fabulous location & perfect space for my husband & I. Very clean & has all we need. The only complaint I have is how loud the people were above us late at night, after 10pm or 11pm. It sounded like they were dropping heavy objects on the floor. This won’t keep us from returning though. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and there’s restaurants and shops right in front of you! It’s also private and very clean and cute. I loved it! Would stay again 100%

We have stayed in this efficiency apartment several times. As usual, everything about it was absolutely perfect. The best part to us is the location. It's convenient--right in downtown Wrightsville Beach, but still very quiet at night. We will certainly return again.

Enjoyed my little getaway stay during Thanksgiving. I have stayed at one of the rental spaces at this owner location at least 4-5 times and always serves my needs for location, convenience and feel safe.

Property is small, but clean with a parking spot (critical for the neighborhood!) and only a HALF BLOCK FROM THE BEACH AND SHOPS!! Highly recommended ... especially if you like your traveling partner!

I would love to stay longer here! I really enjoyed it. It’s a stones throw from the beach. Cute little kitchen and bathroom! Very comfortable space! There is an outside barbecue, Shower, and picnic table! Very clean. Comfortable bed and plenty of lights! Clay was extremely easy to deal with. He answered all my questions That I had about the place! Love deck and would definitely come back!

Quiet and has everything you need to stay close for those lazy days on the beach. Will return many times as we have moved 3 hrs away. We are in our 60’s and thoroughly enjoyed our first floor studio stay! Owner very responsive and easy to communicate with.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights for a quick long-weekend surf trip & this was the perfect spot! Efficient is the perfect word for this place - definitely small, but great for 2 people looking to spend lots of time at the beach and walking around Wrightsville!

I could not get the cable TV to work and I think it was possibly related to the technology outage that occurred prior to my stay. I know others had problems with cable after the outage and had to call the cable company to get it back up. But I was not there to watch TV so it was fine without it.

Was a quick trip to wrightsville beach. My daughter attends UNCW so it was the perfect spot to stay and relax. Walking distance to beach, Vito’s tower7 and not a bad walk to Sundays either! Will be back again. Thank you! Simple parking and quick response if anything is needed.
