You will have access to the entire apartment! The apartment is part of a duplex and the front porch is shared with the neighbor. The apartment has a private entry and a private back yard.

The Irish Channel is a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby and just minutes away from downtown and the French Quarter. There are countless restaurants, breweries and boutiques nearby to enjoy!



Getting Around:

Typically you can find parking in front of the property on the street, If you cant please find free street parking on Amelia Street. Typically, you can find parking fairly easily as this is a neighborhood.



The Saint Charles Avenue streetcar line, Magazine Street Bus or rideshares are easy to navigate.



Other Things to Note:

The house is raised about 3ft off the ground. To enter and exit the apartment, people and luggage must navigate about 6 steps. The house is a Shotgun layout. Guests will need to walk through the bedrooms to access the kitchen and living areas
