Great location, short walk to the beach, close to restaurants. Building is a little dated, but the apartment was larger than the photos show.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfy little studio. It was clean, cozy and super convenient. I appreciate that the place is cleaned with nontoxic cleaning supplies and it smells so fresh and clean. The best beaches were a hop, skip and a jump away. The area is unbeatable. The best part was how friendly and responsive Jami was. She is wonderful!

Very clean, humble, and welcoming. Amenities and location were also great. There is a Sprouts nearby, as well as coffee, and restaurants.

Highlights:Great location (it really is close to the beach). Parking was never an issue either. The building was nice and quiet as well. The host was very responsive and communicative, and all of the information and directions were very clear. The kitchen dishware and utensils were helpful, and it was great that beach chairs and an umbrella were provided.Concerns:The carpet in the unit seemed stained and dirty, and the bed sheets smelled musty, which took some getting used to on the first night.

I was told before arrival my booking had been changed from this listing to the downstairs left side apartment (fine by me). Since I can’t speak to this exact listing, I’ll comment on location and host. Location is great, the walk to the beach is a quick one. Jack’s Bistro was a fave for coffee breakfast. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the bedding all smelled like fresh laundry. The acoustics are a challenge - the front door is extremely loud when open and closed with normal force. The first night, the property manager messaged and asked that extreme caution be used when closing the front door as there was a mother and child staying above me, as well as herself on the property, and the door closing loudly had woken her up. I apologized profusely and proceeded to use extreme care with opening and closing the front door. The next day (and the remainder of the time) there were workers in the other apartment who were quite loud and you can hear everything - I heard one guy blowing his nose at one point. The host asked if it was bothering me but luckily I travel with noise canceling headphones/the workers were gone in the evenings. Just wanted to let anyone know in the event noise/quiet is a concern. Otherwise, a perfectly nice place to stay.

Clean and cozy home, walking distance to the beach, beautiful walks, a grocery store, and a few restaurants. We had our four year old with us and he enjoyed the playground on the beach as well. Jami is a lovely host, we appreciated her responsiveness when we had questions and her friendliness. Will stay here again!

This property was just as described and is just a corner turn from the beach. The area is quiet and seemed safe. The owner of the property is highly responsive and helpful with amazing recommendations about things to do/places to eat in the area. I will be returning.

The listing does not state that its upstairs, the owner lives on site which can be awkward and its a hot unit as well.

I stayed at Jami's property for two weeks in February. It was very easy to communicate with her, and she quickly answered all my questions before and during my stay. The studio is very comfortable, clean, and well-supplied. Incidentally, it is much more spacious than appears in the photos. The neighborhood is wonderful, a short walk to the beach and easily walkable to stores and restaurants. Parking is on-street, and I always found a space on the block, usually directly in front of the building. It's a good choice for enjoying a lovely part of Santa Barbara.

The accommodations were quaint and very clean, extended quiet hours to 10 AM. Long flight of stairs to reach the accommodations.

The place was meticulously clean. It’s a bit dated but has all the basic amenities needed for a simple stay. Note: it’s up a long steep flight of stairs so be prepared to climb. We had some questions and the owner was responsible and was kind and helpful in m resolving our concerns. The location is very conveniently located for the zoo, beach and downtown area.

Great little place. Very quiet neighborhood. Never had a problem finding parking. Studio is upstairs in the back of the property. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, & the pier. It was a perfect getaway for my girlfriend & I.
